Our boiler broke down in the middle of a really cold spell and we needed a replacement quickly. The boiler was fitted 48 hours after ordering. The ordering process is very simple. I rang the office to ask a couple of questions, which were answered by a friendly and efficient chap. The fitters arrived early, were friendly and everything went smoothly. Omid the Engineer made sure carpets and flooring were securely covered and there was no mess at all. Simply couldn't recommend enough

Omid was polite, efficient and overall provided a great service whilst he he did gas safety certificates for our appliances and gas fire. Would recommend.

Omid was fantastic. Very kind, polite and knew exactly what he was doing. Will definitely be using him again.

The engineer had respectful manners and did as expected. He wore his mask the whole time and had taken his shoes off straight away. He cleaned the workplace straight away and didn't leave a mess. Efficient and clean!

Do NOT employ this man. Came to do a simple gas safety certificate and left me with a broken boiler!
Clearly has no idea about plumbing as the plumber who came out said he had simply tripped the safety shut off - which surely was what he was there to test!
Left my property after being exceptionally rude, claiming it was nothing he had done, and told me had had more appointments so was leaving.

Avoid at all costs. If I could have given zero stars I would have!
