HCB extended a lease on a flat for us. Despite our mortgage company being obstructive, HCB persisted and were able to extend the lease with little hassle to us. We have used HCB before for other services, and we would use them again without hesitation.

This company is a breath of fresh air!
I worked with many solicitors before but there was always something not in order: hard to find on phone, delays in replying, no updates etc.

I have been assigned to Abbey and I literally had no issue in even finding her on the phone or getting the info I needed. I never needed to ask for updates as she updates me more than often. She moved fast and the searches were rapidly done.

I recommend them with all my heart!

Being a first time buyer I was worried about finding the right solicitor, especially as I had heard so many horror stories and had no idea what I was doing! There was no need at all to worry though, Louise Trist from the Gatwick group talked me through every single step of the way and explained all the legal jargon in laymans terms, ensuring I was well informed all the way through the process. She made me feel at ease and made the purchase as smooth as it could be. She was quick to respond to emails and always happy to talk on the phone. I could not recommend her enough!

There was a tight deadline, which had some challenges. Chris was very easy to work with, his direct no-nonsense approach meant I had complete confidence and stress levels were kept to a minimum. I thank him for his work as a solicitor and the added bonus of his humour to keep things in perspective. We cannot recommend Chris bowesman and his team ,but in particular Chris ,who has worked tirelessly in what turned out to be ( which shouldn’t have been ) a difficult scenario. The problem was a first time buyer chose an internet conveyancing team , my advice is DONT contact Chris wherever you are in the uk and you will get a first class service with everything explained to you and with compassion for understanding what stresses you are going through .
