We have been with HBT for several years and service has been excellent. recently upgraded the phone system. Chris presented and costed the new package clearly.
Installation by Irfan was smooth, professional with no disruptions and training given excellent.

We have been with HBT for 9 years and service has been excellent. Just upgraded the phone system. Chris presented the new package clearly and simply, Simon handled the office and installation procedures efficiently and Irfan pre-set the phones to our requirements, including installation and training. There was no hold up during the change over, all is working well.

I purchased both internet service and a WatchGuard firewall from HTB. The installation was handled quickly and efficiently, with minimal input needed from me. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing, and they got everything up and running in a very short timeframe.

I'm really impressed with their professionalism, communication, and overall service. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

Very happy with HBT. We switched from old handsets to new VOIP ones - Irfan removed the old ones and fitted the new ones quietly and quickly. No down time or disruption to our phone lines, and programmed just the way we wanted. Very easy for us and would definitely recommend

We've been using HBT for a couple of years now, They've offered a great service and any internet problems we've had on our end they've been quick to help us out. If we've ever needed changes to pre recorded messages or changes to our phone system they've been very assisting. The customer service from Callum in particular has been fantastic, we have a reply to an enquiry within 5 minutes, would highly recommend.
