My husband and I do not like the new automate. We like to call and get all of our check. Check them out and and our totals but now we can't get on there and get hung up on.
Generally good service, rates are competitive. Staff is nice and helpful. Service is rather slow though.
Stupid extra fee if you bounce a check by accident, on top of the NSF fee. Seems like it should be illegal.
