The video call with the physiotherapist was really good. I was a bit skeptical, but the quality of the video and the sound was good, I could understand everything and he was listening carefully. Really struggle with these virtual appointments, second time I've had one and not been able to dial in. Previously have had a couple of occasions where follow ups don't get made. Lastly my most recent phone appointment resulted in me getting an appointment miles away (they input the wrong post code) and then turned out they couldn't cancel it.
