I chose to buy my gravel bike from H&B Exclusive because I care deeply about sustainability and wanted a refurbished bike rather than using more of the planet’s resources on something new.
Your communication about quality, a thorough refurbishment process with replaced wear parts, and a 15‑month warranty convinced me to pay a premium compared with other used options.
Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite of what I expected.
I am female and 53 years with a weigh of 58 kg and after riding about 3,200 km, mostly riding on the road with some forest/gravel), two independent mechanics have concluded that a very long list of parts needed to be replaced: almost the entire drivetrain, multiple bearings, both brake calipers, an AXS shifter and the AXS battery as well.
The latest repair bill after my first season is more than 7,800 DKK – (€ 1.043) one third of what I paid for the bike 5 month ago
Despite this, H&B Exclusive has repeatedly referred to this as “normal” wear and offered no meaningful help, apart from suggesting that I should send the dead battery to the Netherlands at my own cost.
For a bike that was sold as “thoroughly refurbished”, checked on many points and “technically not inferior to a new bicycle”, backed by a 15‑month warranty, I find this response extremely disappointing.
I still believe in the idea of refurbished bikes as a sustainable solution, it is exactly why I chose H&B Exclusive – but my personal experience with this bike and the handling of my case does not match the promises in your marketing and on your website.
I hope you will take this kind of feedback seriously, because trust in refurbished products depends on the refurbishment and the warranty actually working in practice, not just in communication.

We found this store online and, after a few messages, decided to take a leap of faith and order an e-MTB. To be honest, we were a bit skeptical at first since no full diagnosis was provided — but everything turned out absolutely perfect.

This company is a scam. The price on the website was 1749 different than when I arrived 2099 I come to this shop 200km away, probably because I'm not Dutch. They refused to give me any discount for their mistake. I don't recommend them. They're scammers and racists.

I purchased two bikes — Cube Reaction Hybrid Pro 625 29 and Cube Reaction Hybrid Race 750 29 — from H&B Exclusive, and I am extremely satisfied with the entire transaction.
The bikes arrived in excellent condition, exactly as described. The communication with the seller was outstanding — professional service from the very beginning of the sale all the way through to the smooth delivery to Poland. At every stage, I could count on quick responses and full support.

The bike was received within 8 days. The appearance corresponded to the photos and exceeded my expectations. Assembling the bike took me about 1 hour because it was the first time I saw a high-end electric bike. I tested the bike the same day and it is in excellent condition. It has already traveled 25 km and is holding up beautifully.
The bike shop is extremely accurate and fast in communication and delivery. I hope they have many satisfied customers in the future and I highly recommend them.

The technical condition of the used bike was very good. The bike was ready to ride, all components were checked and lubricated. The gears and brakes worked properly.
