I ordered and paid leggings from Hazelworld They never delivered anything and they never answered to my questions via customersurvice

I too have been taken in by these scammers. Chased up my order for Jeggings and they said there was a delay due to Covid. Two months later and still nothing and now can't find their website.

I was taking by this scammer. I ordered my spraycrete mortor spray back in September. I received email saying once they ship my item they will email me. Still no item I email them in October and was told they are behind because of pandemic, and will email me once item been shipped. It's been 2 months now they took my $ and no product. After reading reviews it turn out lot of us been have been scam by this company. I'll be more careful next time. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I like many others on this page have been taken by these scammers!!! Emailed regarding order, no reply and money gone! I’m furious with myself so much as normally so careful. Will report to my bank and hope I can get my money back!!! Absolutely disgusting!!! Would leave zero stars if I could!

SCAMMERS, will reply to your emails then disappear, no idea how this company is still running, they should be investigated and shut down. Do not order, you will not receive your items

I wish I read these reviews before I donated my money to these scam artists. I guess there is enough money to be made off people like me to make it worth while. Lesson learned.

Have ordered 7 weeks ago on the first of October and have contacted them twice about the whereabouts of my jeggins. Today I have contacted them again and asked for a refund. Avoid Avoid Avoid

I have been taken in by these scammers 🤬🤬🤬 ordered at the end of September nothing has been delivered. Now my emails keep bouncing back! Avoid them and put the spineless cowards out of business!! Shame some people can't earn there money honestly and have a sense of achievement of being an actual provider for their families. Rant over

Chased up my order placed on 8th October to find email returned to me, and website down. Feel a total fool to have been taken in - I'm usually so careful!!! My own fault, but avoid like the plague. I would love to be proved wrong, and if so I will amend my review accordingly.

Ordered last year in December. Total and utter scam. They took my money and ran away.

Ordered an item last December, it's now been 11 months. Asked about it several times. Now the shop seems to be offline. Trying still to get my money back, but don't have my hopes up.

Shame there is no option for zero stars. The company is a scam and I have become yet another victim! Emailed them several times as taken my money but cancelled my order the following day, without notification, and needless to say had no reply or refund. You live and learn, please don't be taken in as I was 👎👎

SCAM .....ONE BIG SCAM, TOOK MY MONEY , ANSWER YOUR 1ST EMAILS TO APPEASE YOU, THEN NOTHINGS DELIVERED....THEN THEY STOP ANSWERING YOU. THEY NEED A LESSON TEACHING

Unfortunately I too have been a victim of this scam company. Ordered on 29th September, promptly received an order confirmation but then didn't hear anything for around 2 weeks. I did get a reply to my first 2 chasing emails and was told to give them time to look into it etc, but then nothing since. Now, it appears the website/online shop is unavailable, I guess it must have been taken down, I am now in the process of trying to recover my money through PayPal. I wish I had done a bit more research before placing an order- a lesson learnt !

I have also had a bad experience with this company. Ordered on 30/9/20, received a text promptly to say order had been received+I would receive another to say it had been shipped. After no text or delivery I emailed last week and said they were looking into it&to give them time. I gave them four days&emailed them again with threats to report them to action fraud+bank after 16days, which I will do. Quick to take money&not deliver goods!

I must unfortunately join the many others who have had a bad experience with this company. I found this site through Facebook. Requested a cancellation and refund for an accidental order, and have been passed back and forth through countless members of the team who have been no help whatsoever. I think robots could offer better customer service than these guys. I believe they have no intention of refunding me and had I not cancelled, from what i've read, I can't imagine my order would have turned up anyway. Avoid, avoid, avoid, unless you want to throw money away.
