AVOID. It takes more than a month to arrive, looks nothing like the pictures, has virtually no padding, the cups are too big and uncomfortable, and it’s plain ugly. Straight in the bin.

Terrible experience. I was waiting nearly 3 months for my order and when it came - the detox, underarm pads weren't packaged and instead they just came individually in a bit of plastic. Customer service kept saying the same thing which made little sense. I won't order again from them.

Order #HZW05905503, On May 26, 2021, I received a 38c bra that I had ordered a couple of months prior, and the tag on them read 38c. I couldn’t even get the bras around me and the cups were obviously a size A or maybe B. When I measured with a tape measure, the bras measure 29” not 38”. I contacted them the very day I received them. I never heard back from them. Last week I received some ads from them so I emailed again saying that I am still waiting for a reply from my last order dissatisfaction, and they replied they had been trying to reach me since May 27th (one day after my initial email to them) SO they did receive my request for a replacement or credit/refund. But now they say it's been over 30 days they can do nothing, even though they have my initial request after one day ! I responded with the fact I did not receive any correspondence from them until I received the Ads email last week and that they did receive my timely request following the delivery. And again, I have heard no response to that fact since last week. Don't use this company, I love to shop by mail, but never again with Hazel Wagon, they can't be trusted, I should have sought out reviews before ordering, lesson learned !

I wouldn’t even give them one star but I can’t post a review unless there is a star chosen. I ordered bras from this scam company and almost immediately they went into my PayPal account and started helping themselves to additional shipping charges and they charged me for the order twice. Thank God I watch my checking account. I threatened to dispute through PayPal and I believe if I hadn’t I would have never received that money back.

I waited 6 weeks to receive the bras and it was a nightmare. I guess they were angry because they couldn’t rob me blind. I ordered 36c bras and the tag on them read 36c. I couldn’t even get the bras around me and the cups were obviously a size a as they were more like pasties. When I pulled out a tape measure, the bras measure 28” not 36”. I purchased 3 bras and they were all that size.

I sent they an email on June 11th asking them if they could send me a return shipping label back to China. It is now June 29th and I have been completely ignored.

Do not deal with this company!

I bought a strapless bra that closes both in the back and in the front. The design is very different from what appears on Instagram or Facebook ads, it's not very complementing nor offers sufficient support. Also, they have a very strict return policy. I wish I had checked Trustpilot before throwing my money out the window.

I would not even give it 1 star. I ordered an item LAST August, & still have not received it & probably never will. Customer service stinks...they are adamant that it was shipped & that its MY FAULT that I should have checked with my UPS. I did...the tracking number doesn't even exist..I'm glad It wasn't an expensive item...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.👎👎👎

Absolutely disappointing experience. We ordered the goods (Hazel Wagon ORDER #HZW65058) and paid on 5th Feb and now it is end of March but nothing received and no one reply to the mails we sent to check for the shipment.
it is the Trust that matters and without doubting the company and not reading any reviews we noticed that many people have been cheated by this company. i wonder how such companies/people can survive.

I have not received my order! I wish I would have read these reviews before! I have filed a dispute with my bank for the $46.50 they charged me which included a 10% tip!!! What a ripoff! never again!

Ordered a product on 1st February still waiting getting messages back it's on the way still not here wont accept tracking numbervery disappointed and also they took a tip which I did not consent to I'm after asking again now do they send it by couriers or AnPost no answer yet hopefully I'll get my order but after reading all these reports I'm very douthful

I have to say agree wth everyone else. Took 2 months for the items to arrived and I was shocked at the appalling quality of the product.
Advertised 100% cotton and it is certainly not that.
Trading standards should have field day on this one.
I was intending to order more products due the photos shown on the website, but relieved that waited untill I had received my first order and then realised scammed. So wished I had looked at trust pilot before placing an order in the first place.... Lesson learned !!

It's been 8 days since I was told my order is on the way. I ordered through FB and should have known better as nothing has ever worked out. After reading other reviews I now know I was scammed and am out $48. Like others, although I said no tips, they took out the tip. They are making a fortune on this! Thinking it's time to report them to the Better Business Bureau? They should not get away with this!

I should have double checked this company ... I placed an order. 6 days later nothing about a shipment so I chcked the invoice to see if there was an estimated ship date only to see that they charged me 10% "tip" on top of the regular order and shipping fees. When I requested the 'tip' be returnedto my accoutn they refused stating they could not because the order was in process of being shipped... Now based on other reviews for this company I am not happy about being duped into not only buying quality questionable merchandise but having they take more money than they were entitled to. I also filed a complaint with paypal.

They sent me a shipping confirmation about 2 months ago. It is still sitting in their facility. I’ve reached out multiple times for a refund (about $85!) and they sent just one reply that to wait for the package. After that, I cannot get a response. SCAMMERS.

I saw one of their products advertised on Instagram. I’ve never had a bad experience with products ordered through social media, so I (stupidly!) didn’t look into the company at all. I ordered little skirt things which make you look like you’re wearing a shirt underneath a short garment. The quality was horrible and they were much smaller than the sizing online suggested. I contacted customer support and was informed that they will not refund me but will accept the return of faulty items. I read their website terms and, sure enough, their unwillingness to issue refunds was clearly stated. Now I’m out £30 forever for some stupid, ugly, unflattering pieces of garbage, but it’s my own fault for not doing research. Lesson learned! Don’t be an idiot like me and AVOID!!

Bought three layering fake tops from this company on 12/29/20. They gave me a huge long tracking # that wasn't even in the USPS system! Finally I email them, Oh it's on the way and it's been shipped...really!!??
Finally, I get the items. Way too small, cheap as heck fabric, nothing like the on the video at ALL! There's no packing slip, no address where it was sent from...nothing! I email them, they make me send them a bunch of pictures of the products with a tape measurments of the waist and pic of the tag with the size, this and that... ALL FOR WHAT?? IT DOESN'T FIT, you got your $$ and I want to even exchange product OR my money back. well, this went on for 8 DAYS with the pictures of this and that! On Feb 8th after all the back and forth with this awful company, and there SO CALLED INVESTIGATION OF MY ORDER, THEY WRITE ME THIS " WE CANNOT OFFER YOU ANYTHING AS WE HAVE SENT YOU THE CORRECT ITEM"

Awful company. Wrong item sent of which was really bad quality customer service is non excistant avoid at all cost or lose your money

If I could give "0" stars I would. I did not read carefully any reviews before ordering. I like most people order on line often and with good results and returns go smoothly if needed. I am in the process of requesting refund & return for something that is far to small & quality is poor and now I find 5 or 6 email exchanges later they continue to ask for pictures and info that is not relevant to the return, they simply do not fit and items are in original packaging. I believe I will be out the money spent.

I purchased two layering fake tops. So flimsy and sized too small. Now I find they do not accept returns. Will not purchase from them again.
