I have purchased so many dolls and my son and I loved Hazel Village. However, after spending quite a bit of money on collections and reaching out to customer service once regarding a one sweater that would not fit. I will no longer buy from them. Mery in customer service did nothing, asked me for a picture, I sent it. The sweater is too tight and doesn't fit my son's doll. If I can't get it on the doll how do I take a picture of it on the doll. It's too tight. Thousands of dollars spent in there shop, have one issue and nothing. Bad customer all around. So great company if you don't have a problem. I will not be giving my hard earned money to a company that doesn't care about the customer. Basically, they were like sorry but oh well.

Amazing quality products! I love everything about the animals from hazel village, the story behind each one of them is so personal and well thought out. My son's face lights up whenever i give him his augustus, they even have matching outfits which is so cute!

Can't wait to continue to grow his collect as he gets older!

I really love their products, but I wanted to make sure my niece had a special monogram. I called up the store and the costumer service woman was incredible. She made sure she got all the information she needed, and when I got the cute little cat, it was so perfect. Friendly staff, incredible products. Love love love them. I'll be getting all my baby shower gifts from them!
