Bad customer service, does nothing
I have purchased so many dolls and my son and I loved Hazel Village. However, after spending quite a bit of money on collections and reaching out to customer service once regarding a one sweater that would not fit. I will no longer buy from them. Mery in customer service did nothing, asked me for a picture, I sent it. The sweater is too tight and doesn't fit my son's doll. If I can't get it on the doll how do I take a picture of it on the doll. It's too tight. Thousands of dollars spent in there shop, have one issue and nothing. Bad customer all around. So great company if you don't have a problem. I will not be giving my hard earned money to a company that doesn't care about the customer. Basically, they were like sorry but oh well.
