Bought a pair of boots worth 50 euro , never delivered and won’t respond to any correspondence. Don’t buy , scam site

I bought a dress online, luckily using my Credit Card, but they never even shipped it. Much like the other reviews, I was under the impression it was a UK-based brand, when it most definitely IS NOT. They emailed from a personal gmail account, asking me to confirm my address, to which I emailed Customer Service to say 'is this you/real?' and they said it was, which just screams 'data selling' or at the very least mismanagement of email accounts. I emailed them asking to cancel/refund the order, to which they said it had been dispatched and would be with me in a few days - still yet to receive anything 2 months later. I didn't even get a tracking number or dispatch email, but somehow it was magically on the way after i'd asked for my order to be cancelled? Luckily my Bank refunded me, but that's besides the point! Avoid at all costs!

Wish I’d seen these reviews before making a purchase. Not only do they EVENTUALLY send “medium” size adult clothes that would only fit a small 10 yr old or younger but are ignorant to boot and ignore requests for a return address or refund. They are a scam business who advertise that they are a UK company but are apparently Asian. I have applied to my bank for reverse payment

Don't buy from this company as it is all false advertising. I brought a coat which I liked online in November and received a totally different one/wrong size aswell. Still haven't received a refund and to send it back to Asia is ridiculous says UK on the website. No more contact via email they are ignoring me terrible customer service. Don't waste your money as you won't get what you have ordered!!!!!

False product advertising.Extremely poor customer service. Still waiting for reply from them two months after my purchase and created complaint! It took them a month to received the order .The product was horrible quality! They offered me partial refund in cash ,requesting my bank details.I ask for refund to the original payment method.I didn’t hear anything from then since then !

Not even worth the one star! Be warned...Do not buy anything from this company. They sent me the wrong garment & will not issue refunds but will offer you a 15% cashback which never happens. Avoid at all costs!!

I’m so upset with this company I ordered a coat on 14 October 2024 it’s still not come and I’ve been promised a refund 3 times and its still not come

do not use ...total scam took money sent item taking over a month to receive..items are not what advertised ..they say to return to Asia so was offered 8.67 refund I've sent so many emails not replying disgusted unable to speak to a human ..

False advertising on clothes. Coat arrived, looks nothing like what was advertised. I highlighted this, asked to return. To be told we can give you a 30% refund as an incentive to keep it. Or you can return it to Asia at your own cost and you won’t have a refund for 2 weeks. DO NOT USE

I think this company is a scam. They send counterfeit items and then do not reply to e:mails asking for a return. DO NOT USE .
