Please avoid this company . The item l received was of poor quality, ill fitting and looked nothing like the advertised item. I have exchanged numerous emails with this company and returned the item to china where it remains at customs , they have never collected it . The emails are now being ignored completely and l am £50 out of pocket. The uk “shop” is only a front and the advertising is misleading. Sadly l have been scammed.

The item was nothing like the advertised item and the quality and fit were very poor. The return policy potentially would have cost me more than I paid for the item (I subsequently learned that it came from China and so had to be returned to China). I eventually accepted a small refund (15%of the original price) as very poor compensation for what is a complete scam.

Don’t fall for the apparent respectability of the two ladies who run this outfit. In their own words ‘Every piece we have chosen has been handpicked with care – not only for its beauty, but for how it makes you feel when you wear it’. It's a load of rubbish. Avoid this company.

Awful item- identified online as £214 but on an amazing sale I bought a blazer for £39.
Shipping took a good week or so and when the item arrived it looked nothing like the picture on the website. The finishing of the product was poor, with threads hanging off buttons that were barely on the jacket itself.
On requesting a refund, I have had a back and forth with the company telling me how expensive it will be to send back, the websites small print suggests they also keep £10 of your money in addition to you paying for shipping. They are offering me 10-20% of my refund if I just keep it and not send it back.
I have said out of principle they should offer a minimum of 80% based on their poor product and the inconvenience. I’m so disappointed.

The product was not anything like the pictures. Very poor quality - no edging, no buttons and not made of the same materials that were advertised - so disappointed!
I have asked for a refund but the refund policy states that they take £10 off any product returned.
I will wait to see if the refund works.
Definitely avoid buying anything from them.

I fell for this scam too. The shop front is two English ladies, and everything look good, until you order something and you find out the shop is in China. It says 24 hours to change your mind. I emailed them to cancel my order straight away, but all i keep getting is

TOTAL SCAM terrible quality. Not in UK - its China. Returns are impossible and the whole thing is a scam. I bought this jacket for £60 and it went straight to recycling. Seen the same image on various other scam sights .... do not touch. Go instead to a trusted UK shop or independant.
