This circular is unneccesary and an insult. It only adds to my frustration at this appaling situation.
I placed my order for a new car 6 months ago and your pending administration/insolvency is preventing delivery. I have to beg for infomation from your successors in Wakefield but I have not received any definite information or a delivery date. Very unsatisfactory

I understand Hayseldens in Doncaster has closed on the 8th Dec 2025 not sure if I’m going to get my money back for 2nd service paid for at time of purchase. booked in for 13th Jan 2026 only booked it 2 days before.

Never recieved my car as company went in to administration and wasn’t told until I chanced my order up absolutely useless

All was going well until a few days before delivery when the company stopped trading.
Now waiting for Skoda customer services to try to sort out delivery of a car which is becoming less new by the day.

An excellent service provided by Mark Allen for my 2nd purchase from this dealer. Travelled from Durham to collect and the whole process from order to delivery was very well organised and communicated at every step. All documentation was sorted online with minimum fuss and the handover was all stress free. Would definitely recommend and will use again next time.

Such a nice atmosphere when you enter the dealership. Everyone was friendly (not pushy) we had a lovely gentleman called Carl Dixon. Very polite and helpful throughout the process. Kept me up to date on the car. We went to pick up it up an he explained how everything worked and the use of the App connected to the car. Was very knowledgeable. A very happy customer. Would absolutely recommend Hayseldens and Carl for your next car purchase.

Purchased a new Golf 2.0 Tdi R Line .
I can totally recommend this dealership , communication from start to finish was easy and clear.
When I had queries, and the nominated salesman dealing with my purchase was unavailable, I would always get a call back very soon after; this has seldom happened with previous new car sales and different dealerships over the years where I've constantly had to chase people up.
On collection the salesman helped me set the car up to pair to my phone for the 150 mile journey home.
The car was exactly as ordered.

Ordered a new elroq and most of the process of the order was done online, I did have a small problem but after ringing Brendon it was all sorted out .Brendon kept me updated on the build of the car and rang me when the car was a few weeks away from collection so I could sort out the final paperwork. On the day of collection the car was inside the showroom and Brendon and myself spent 2 hrs learning the basics about the car .. (not like some dealers that hand theys and say enjoy) .

I test drove 2 vehicles, the Tiguan 2025 and the ID4. Both cars were very good, but I preferred the ID4. I got a good trade in on my 2022 Tiguan, put down a good deposit on the new ID4 and arranged a zero% finance deal. Mark dealt with all the necessary details and my new ID4 was ready to be picked up. The whole deal was seamless and stress free. I am very happy with my new vehicle.
