if you spent over $8,000 dollars and got Ai created words on the book design you sent them, and almost nothing else, would you feel like you got a good deal?

Not only are they bad at what they do (what little they do that isn't straight AI), but they don't follow through on promises and then vanish when the chips are on the line. Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with in any capacity, top to bottom.

1 year, and they delivered a book cover and completely abandoned me at the launch. 90% of what they do is Ai, and even that was unusable. Their lawyers were so ashamed, they gave me an uncontested refund. Still ruined my books' first opportunity and piled an unbelievable amount of work on my shoulders. The worst thing is, they truly, to a man, didn't care.

Haymarket Publishing isnt what I was told by my salesperson. I point blank asked if this was an american company and Alex said yes. He said they have offices in Dallas near me. Incorrect. They are a UK company. When they contacted me they were all Indians with accents I could barely understand. They wanted a copy of my manuscript which I thought was suspicious since I filled out an extensive form on what my book is about.
They wanted access to my marketing hub. Amazon has a feature to allow you to invite someone to have access to your hub. I sent it to them three times and they claimed they never received it. I sent it to another email of mine and it arrived no problem. Then they started pestering me for my email and passcode to my full amazon account. Over and over they asked me and I refused. Im not giving that to anyone since it had all my cc info, contacts, addresses, purchase history, and prescriptions. They offered to provide a non-disclosure agreement which is of no use for someone who wants to steal my information. It was laughable.
I finally got extremely upset and called their main office number to report the people I was working with (who was in a different time zone). He assured me that he would talk to them and get the situation settled.
The people called me back and within 30 seconds started pestering me for my password again. Ive never been so frustrated. On and on this went . They just wouldnt let up. I called their main office back and told them I didnt want to work with their organization and to refund my payment. So now this guy wouldnt give up either. He kept trying to convince me to stay and work with a new team or just provide my password. Seriously I was shaking in frustration on the phone with them. I finally had to threaten legal action if they didnt redund my money and hung up on him.
Approach this company with extreme caution if you decide to do business with them. I dont believe the other reviews based on my experience with them. I think they are scammers trying to steal information. Dont provide them access or give them your passwords.
