Hayman Joyce provided great service in selling our house. The brochure produced was excellent with superb photos and the agents carried out our instructions. Sold the house within 3 weeks on the market.

We went with Hayman-Joyce to rent our property for us while we lived abroad. Many occasions we had to chase the rent money to be paid into our account. At one time I needed some paperwork and I had to beg and plead for this and eventually got it around 3 weeks after I asked. Emails were ignored. They did not look after our property. When the tenants moved out we had to fly back home to repair our home so we could rent it out again. They did not do regular visits and took full advantage that we lived 4500 miles away. It was shocking service and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Sarah was very accommodating recently, making it possible for us to opportunistically buy a house which was not on the market at the time. Really grateful for the flexibility and rapid turnaround and communication.

Hayman - Joyce sales team provided excellent service in recent house sale; responding to specific requests regarding the sale and advising and providing helpful advice based on good local knowledge of the market which I believe contributed to a very satisfactory sale outcome. Courteous and professional throughout. Would highly recommend.

Price had been agreed by the vendor and the estate agents.
Source of funds had been provided - all satisfactory!
Within 36 hours they tell us that someone else had offered higher price!
Obviously greed ruled over ethics!
No doubt they will make al sorts of excuses i.e we are required by law etc. etc.
Their word is worthless!!!

Hayman Joyce marketed our property for over 6 months. In that time we had 4 viewings two of which we had to do ourselves. By the end of the fifth month our external photos ( taken in February) were making the Listing look dated. HJ had no interest in updating them. They seemed happy to let anyone view the property despite some of the buyers being speculative and one who hadn’t even put her property on the market. This was during the COVID19 pandemic. When we gave notice (which took HJ a full week to acknowledge) HJ removed our property from their window and ceased all marketing despite having a fourteen day notice period. They provide no feedback from viewing.
