When Jeremy Clarkson launched Hawkstone, he did it with a very clear purpose in mind; to honour the blood sweat and tears of British famers by turning their barley, wheat, apples and botanicals into the world's best beer, cider and spirits.
Hard to make, easy to drink
Written by the company
- At Hawkstone, we don’t cut any corners when it comes to our brewing process. We use the best ingredients from British farms and always lager for longer. That’s why our lager and cider taste really f***ing good.

Good beer and the best customer service
Hawkstone beer is great
Hawkstone beer is great. I love the IPA. It’s nice to have a bottle while relaxing after a busy day. It has a great flavour. I must try some of the other ones on offer. I find it handy that I have a regular order so I don’t have to worry about running out.
Good flavour refreshing
Realy good taste normally I'm not a zero person but I found the Hawkstone is in a different league the flavour is realy good and not as bitter as other brands would recommend it to everyone
Great beer good price
Great service and tasty IPA !!!
Great beer but impossible to buy
Great beer, but sadly impossible for me to use the age verification app required to purchase products from Hawkstone. I am a Danish citizen, and they ship to Denmark but they make it very hard to be a customer.

The Hawkstone Nectar is an excellent…
The Hawkstone Nectar is an excellent beer! Very drinkable, superb taste, and properly strong for a Pale ale. Note that 2 cans are required to fill a Farmer's Pint glass . . . A great product
You need to do this. From booking the experience to actually…
The booking team were so helpful in supporting me to get this booked as an experience for my husband's special birthday. From booking the experience to actually taking the tour it has all been smooth, easy and impressive.
Generous samples, informative host and fantastic location.
Can't wait to do it again, (They're booked), I fancy the vodka tour for myself 🙂
Great tasting ciders and lagers
Great tasting ciders and lagers. Fantastic delivery service and flexible subscriptions if needed.
Awful Website
I was given a Red Letter Days gift voucher for Christmas, for a tour of Hawkstone Brewery.
Having emailed and phoned the brewery, I still can’t get a tour.
I understand they get very busy and booked up months in advance, but there are no clear dates on their website as to when new dates in the year are released.
I was just told to ‘check the website at the beginning of April’ for more dates - which I’ve been doing every day for over a week.
It just seems very bad practice that the brewery are allowing sites such as Red Letter Days and Buyagift to sell tickets (which Hawkstone obviously make money from), when they can’t even fit direct bookings in themselves. And their website is simply useless.
I really wanted to tour the brewery - but have now given up, and will use my voucher on an alternative experience; and because the website is so haphazard, I can’t even bother to book direct with them.
I got the Hawkstone Advent Calendar and…
I got the Hawkstone Advent Calendar and honestly it’s one of the best I’ve had. Every day feels like a proper treat — there’s a great mix of lagers, ales, and even ciders, so it never gets boring. You can tell it’s high quality, not just random filler drinks like some calendars. The whole thing is really well put together and makes the countdown to Christmas a lot more enjoyable. Definitely worth it if you like your beer and want something a bit different.
Brew 4 You
I purchased a case of the Nectar and a case for stout. Both are exceptional, the Nectar is a lively, refreshing ale, the stout a chocolate treat. Delivery was very good, arrived quickly and in good condition through Yodel. Fabulous as usual
A Hawkstone Poem
Out in the fields where the Cotswolds roll,
Where chaos is king and tractors take toll,
There brews a pint with a stubborn cheer—
Golden and bold: that Hawstone beer.
Jeremy stands with a grin half-wry,
Cursing the weather, the sheep, the sky,
Declaring each plan both foolproof and clear…
Then fixing it all with a Hawstone beer.
His wife, composed with a knowing glance,
Watches the madness unfold like a dance,
Patiently steering with elegance near,
While he plots empires over a Hawstone beer.
Kaleb arrives in his well-worn boots,
Dry as the soil and sharp as the roots,
Delivering wisdom no one asked to hear—
Then quietly nodding at Hawstone beer.
The crew all gather, a motley band,
Each with a tale or a job unplanned,
From crops gone rogue to a fence askew,
There’s always a problem… and always a brew.
For in every blunder and grand misfire,
Through mud, through mayhem, through questionable hire,
One truth remains, both far and near—
Nothing gets solved without Hawstone beer.
