Hawksley is a long established business with a tradition of producing well-engineered, dependable products at very competitive prices. Established in Oxford Street London in 1869 by Charles Hawksley, the Company began by innovating with Counting Chambers. In the 1930's, Hawksley was bought by William Baum, a US businessman, and started to manufacture blood pressure monitoring devices. In the 1950s Hawksley & Sons began an innovation programme to construct and manufacture a new range of centrifuges. Out of this came the Hawksley Haematospin 1300 & 1400, setting the standard for Micro Haematocrit centrifuges. We are proudly supplying to the NHS, Veterinarians and Universities worldwide. Hawksley have continued to manufacture quality products and have built a product range which compliments our manufacturing expertise in three specific areas: andrology, aesthetic medicine and centrifugation.

Fast order processing / delivery and helpful support
Very fast order processing and next day delivery for the small item (counting chamber) that I purchased.

Great customer service
Quotes were received quickly, and enquiries pre sale dealt with efficiently. Delivery of the item was quick and item was well packed and arrived safely. Post sale care was equally helpful and efficient as pre sale. Very pleased with the service received.

Having recently upskilled on i-PRF in the last 2 months it’s been disheartening to find the required medical devices (tubes without additives) are so expensive by other providers.
Taking a punt on an own known is always nerve racking but the guys at Hawksey were really helpful, gave advice and updates where delayed. At £90 for 24 tubes this is £100 saving almost in addition to double the number of tunes and so will definitively be purchasing again

Hawksley quickly and succinctly answered my pre-purchase questions and delivered a high quality instrument (centrifuge) that performs great.
Hawksley also provided great after-puchase support (obtaining a different rotor).

Hawksley's pipette tips save the day
The positive displacement pipette tip shortage had meant that our andrology service had been running at half capacity and resulted in a 7 week wait for an appointment until a colleague advised us to try Hawksley for our supplies. Larger companies had been promising us that our orders would be filled in September and then December but to date we still haven't received these pipette tips. Harvey at Hawksley had a real can do attitude from the start and managed to send our pipette tips to us before the service had to be stopped and patients cancelled.
We will certainly be studying their catalogue and putting some more work their way.
