The delivery was extremely fast and the site very user friendly. The whole process was enjoyable. The only issue is that the glasses feel like they are made of plastic, even through they look great.
The Hawkers team replied instantly to my review clarifying that they use great quality polymers to make them lightweight and durable.

Return policy is not client-friendly in…
Return policy is not client-friendly in The Netherlands.
They send it from their distribution center in The Hague to you in The Netherlands, and for the return you have to send it back to Elche, Spain. After contact with the client service, it became clear it was not possible to send it back to The Hague.
In other words, returning from the Netherlands cost you 12 euro's shipping cost.They let you pay for shipping the product back to Spain.
The company is right that its written in their return policy, but it's good to know and to consider buying at a different company that have more client-friendly return policies.

Very disappointing experience with Hawkers.
The glasses I ordered caused dizziness and discomfort from the first moment I wore them. Both pairs had the same issue, which is completely unacceptable, especially since I have ordered glasses before and never experienced anything similar.
The worst part, however, was the return process from Greece. The glasses cost €50, but returning them would have cost me €40 through courier, which is absurd and almost as much as the product itself.
I contacted customer service multiple times asking for a prepaid return label or at least a return code for one of their partner couriers, with the amount deducted from my refund. Despite sending several messages, they refused to help or offer any reasonable solution.
This shows a serious lack of customer support and respect for international customers. A company that sells abroad should also provide a fair and realistic return policy.
I am extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend Hawkers to anyone.
