Return policy sucks
I have ordered 4 pairs of sunglasses I want to return 3 of them and for the return I have to be charged with the shipping fees!! Your company sucks! 1)All brands offer a free first return and they don't charge the customer, if you want to have them loyal. 2) I receveid my parcel from a Greek warehouse, why should I return it to abroad and pay a big amount of money. 3) I received my parcel in delay and a poor 10% doesn't reflect nothing to me. 4) I will post everywhere negative feed back and I will spread the voice to everyone I know.
