These people are scammers
These people are scammers. They have been taking money from my account over two months until the bank intervened. I originally paid a one off payment of .79p via my debit card. I did not knowingly subscribe to anything other. I believed it had been dealt with but again they have taken £16.70 and i have no idea how because two weeks ago i was issued with a new debit card which they DO NOT have details of. I have asked my bank to treat it as fraud
Hawiyyah scam beware
Gave this 1star as I can’t give less than that. Total scam you start off by paying something like 71p to access the site but you end up joining a subscription charge. You are allowed 1 day to cancel your subscription, but you won’t know you have a subscription till the money goes from your account, took 10 payments of £20 from my account despite informing the bank at the time of the first. In the end I had to cancel my card.
I have been getting scammed from…
I have been getting scammed from February and wasn’t aware of it until now, they have taken a total of £121.65 (great British pounds, not sure how much it is in $) hoping to get a refund as this is a lot of money. Will update this review if I get a refund
They are scammers
They are scammers. Instead of taking .78p from my account every other day trying to transaction. Someone needs to prosecute them. Thank God I check my account often otherwise these robbers would go on and on.
I authorized 1.25 not 25.00
I authorized 1.25 not 25.00. On the phone with bank will be contacting company immediately for a refund.!!! This is not cool. This is not what I expected. I didn’t even get an address or contact because I refused to upgrade to their premium so I figured the 1.25 was all I would be charged. Did not see anything saying I approve and want service.
Hawiyyah took £16.34 from my account…
Hawiyyah took £16.34 from my account this month, and similar amount last month, with no previous contact by me. Reported as fraud, to be followed up.
I've ticked the notification box to Hawiyyah, and see all the messages already on Trustpilot alleging fraud.
Hawiyyah, your phone number is 00 962 798 321183 - so dial code is in Jordan although transaction appears to have been routed via the US.
Come on Hawiyyah, let's all hear from you. Are you thieves or not?
Scam
Scam, after the first $1.25 charge they then take $25 from your account, total scam after the first purchase. Do not use this company which us in the middle east somewhere.

THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM
THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM. WHEN YOU FIRST ENTER THE SIGHT THEY SSK FOR A FEW PENCE BUT THAT IS ALL YOU CONSENT TO. THEY THEN SIGN YOU UP FOR AN EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE SUBSCRIPTION WITH YOUR PERMISSION OR KNOWLEDGE. THE ONLY UPSIDE IS THAT YOU CAN BE REFUNDED BUT IT TAKES 10+ DAYD. LUCKILY MY BANK HAS BLOCKED THEM FROM TAKING ANY MORE MONEY.
Hawiyyah is a complete scam company.
I thought I was paying USD 1.25 for some info and noticed an automatic USD 25.00 charge taken out monthly for 3 consecutive months, so far. My bad, for not checking my account diligently, but beware of this company, it’s a total scam.
I don't even know how this subscription…
I don't even know how this subscription appeared... Taken 25 US dollars a month for a year. I don't know how it went under my radar. I'm furious and have no way of getting that back. I suffer with my mental health and have found things impossible to keep up with. It's awful people can take advantage of that. What about those more vulnerable than I that may not notice for months or years still?
BEWARE!
BEWARE!
An American based company that took £16.22 (19.25 USD) from my credit card and I've never heard of them or had dealings with them.
Reported to my bank as fraud.
Scammers
I authorised 80p for an address as I was going abroad didn't check account until today and on the 13th July £16.23 has come out I did not authorisethat payment. Bank have told me to contact them if I have no joy I can call back in 5 days to report fraud. I don't have a lot of money I save hard for what I do buy and to have that taken just because they wanted to take money is despicable 🤬

I agreed to an 80 pence charge for an address i needed, next day they try and take £16.10
Capital one blocked them, but said they may try other ways to take unauthorised money and for me to monitor my account, they will refund if it happens.
Its an American based company.
Scam texts and phone message after using Hawiyyah
I used the website to do a single search at a cost of 79p on 20th July. Within a few minutes I had text, supposedly from my bank asking me to confirm I had made the purchase. The text contained the last 4 digits of the card number and the amount. Unsuspecting I confirmed that I had made the purchase. Again within a couple of minutes I received a phone call which I didn't answer. On checking the Text and phone number with "who called me" both were flagged as suspicious, the phone number being "used" by the fraud departments of different banks. Either Hawiyyah are scammers or their security is a joke.
This is a rip off company
This is a rip off company. They took a monthly DD from me and I am now waiting for the cancellation which should happen in 24 hours(?)
I , like others here, did not sign up for this.Believed I was paying £0.81 for a one of search and then discovered a DD on my account.
I used this service once and now I am…
I used this service once and now I am being billed every month even though I have unscribed at least twice. Apart from cancelling my card I don’t know how to stop these unauthorised transactions. I would like a refund of #29.52 charged yesterday please,
Scammers and thieves.
Scammers. I never signed up to anything yet they set up an illegal direct debit and stole my money. I have a very busy life and didn't notice them taking £25 a month for 6 months. Well now ive realized and reported them but thanks to this disgraceful company I now have had to cancel bank card and have no access to my account all weekend. Plus the inconvenience of an hour long phone call to the bank to sort this out. Blocked from taking another penny. I hope Karma gets these crooks and they're shut down or a more intelligent scammer scams them and leaves them penniless. Avoid like the plague.
