Had an issue with my shipping adress and contacted their Customer Support. They answered within 24 Hours and I received my order within 7 days.
The perfumes are edible and amazing !!!!

The website clearly states a waiting time of 7-14 days due to high demand. Guys this is a us based business and and not Amazon Prime.

Absolutely horrendous!!! I ended up filing a credit card claim because I couldn't get a response from the company and never got a refund for a missing order that never even shipped.

Order placed at the end of December. It’s now 2/11 and not only have I not received my order, I’m getting no response to my repeated emails to their info address for an update on my order. I’m likely going to dispute the charge with my credit card company at this point.

I would give less than one star if possible. Honestly believe this is some kind of scam. I ordered two of the perfumes for my girlfriend for Christmas on December the 13th, and it said 3 day shipping. It is now January the 3rd and I have sent 5 emails asking about the status of my order none of which have elicited a response although they already took my money for the order.

Ordered perfume on 20 Nov. Never received a shipped/shipping info. Emailed vendor on 19 Dec, no response (it's now 30 Dec). Merchandise never arrived. Disputing charge with my Bank.

I placed an order on November 21st this year. It's been over a month so I've reached out multiple times. I've been commenting on their Instagram ads with reports to the government for fraud and they finally reached out only to give me a fake tracking number. Shut these scammers down and don't waste your money.

I would give them a negative star if I could! Never received the item ( ordered almost two months ago) and they keep giving me the run around! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! There are way better products out there in sure, that you will actually receive!!!

Its been over a month since I placed the order. 50.00. Sent 4 emails to them asking for order updates, no answer. There's no way to get a refund. No way to cancel the order. Buyer beware. This "company" just can't be legit. Do not give them your money.

I never received anything, no tracking number, no customer service, no reply at all — just a scam.

I almost got tricked by this site. This is a fake copy of the real brand Dolce Haute Sauce. The official and ONLY legit website is:

They’re trying to copy the name, the bottles, even the photos… but the products are not the same at all. Low-quality ingredients, fake packaging, and no guarantee.

I ordered from the REAL Dolce Haute Sauce — everything was perfect. The perfumes are truly edible, smell divine, and are safe for the skin.

Don’t fall for the scam.

If i was allowed to give negative stars I would. Been over a month with no ETA and no responses from the company. Sent emails asking for information and contact us on the site with no response at all. Seems like they just took my money and do not plan to send anything at all. Feeling like this site is just a scam. I wouldn't buy from them at all. Be aware that if you do you may not get what you paid for or anything at all.

Received a Facebook message stating my order would be shipped within 1 business day. Time came and went. I am now 6 weeks from order date and no other response. This is a scam that will only steal your money please do not purchase so scamming companies like this will go out of business.

I have never recieved my order and have never been able to get in contact with customer service.

If possible I would’ve given a lower score, It’s been three months since my large order of more than $100. Emailed customer service multiple times that my order has never been received. No reply. Nothing nada. IT’S A SCAM SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Scam! No product and no replies to multiple messages via emails or social media
Edit: I did receive my products 1 month later and they are fake. The arrive in a plain cardboard box, not the pretty box as shown on the website and the bottles looks nothing like the website. The labels are badly printed and the fonts and sizes are different on each bottle and don’t look like the products pictured on the website. Also, there is no ingredient information or anything else provided, just a bottle in a plain box. They are fake, avoid!

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. I ordered 3 fragrances on the 27th of Feb. As of today (20/3/25) I have emailed them 3 times asking for a update on my order and have received no communication at all. If I don't hear back off of them I will be going through my bank to get my money refunded.
