No one from customer service responded to any of my multiple messages I sent.
The electric oven we received is a health-hazard. Toxic fumes wete evaporating during cooking process. Onle one-time used but could not return as no tesponse received.

I've emailed and emailed this company they've never contacted me Sparks fly when I plug it in they've got a scam warranty you only have four weeks I'm very upset nobody's help me I would never recommend this company or the product

Great product with excellent service

The product is really good. You can process small quantities as well as large ones. The engine handles very well. the screen at the top is very practical.

There was a conflict in pricing between Amazon and Hauswirt. Hauswirt was quick to address the issue and work with me on the correct pricing and refunding.

Ease of ordering, price and fast delivery.

the ititem I purchased does not work as good as it should. I don't like the slices that come out and this other attachment is far from julian cuts

Great machine to begin with. But after approximately 3 weeks, it began to malfunction. I cleaned it religiously everyday - still, no matter what I did, it barely produced any coffee.

The coffee maker arrived promptly and was the perfect gift for my grandson, who was departing for his very first day of college. It was the exact right choice for this coffee-loving guy’s new dorm room. He LOVES it!

I cook every day, I earn a good amount of money and my kitchen is equipped with the best appliances. Needless to say I had. KitchenAid 6qt mixer. Kneading bread smoked it and I purchased the same mixer again. This time trying to knead only for short periods of time to help myself. Eventually kneading breads and pizzas made it burn out again. So two mixer in 3 years. Great. I was thinking of getting a professional mixer for a restaurant but they are too bulky and ugly.

Eventually I found out about hauswirt. I figured it’s a Chinese company so I was a bit reluctant but at such a low price I had nothing to lose.

Well what a pleasant surprise. I’ve mixed dozens and dozens of breads, burger buns, arabic pitas and pizzas in it already and it performs so well. I remember my kitchen aid choking when having to knead pizza dough. Same recipe now and the Hauswirt doesn’t even sweat. It works sooooooo much better.

My only complaint would be it’s plastic body. It just looks a little cheap. But I love it and use it all the time. Even earlier today.

Machine has become faulty after 2 months of use, unable to make coffee or use. Hard to find online solutions. Appears as though there are a lots of moving parts for a simple process.

Greatest product, and amazing customer service would recommend to anyone I know.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery

Easy to use blender, have not had any issues with it.Only thing is I bought it so I can blend cereal into fine powder unfortunately the blender did not live to that expectations.Apart from that quality wise it's very good

We bought the 10 in 1 air fryer a little while back. Only used it a few times and it worked great. Unfortunately after about 3 uses, we are no longer able to change the temperature in any setting. I believe the dial is broken. It is probably a random error, so I would still highly recommend it. Just hope to be able to get it fixed.

Great price, delivery and the beautiful looking bean-to-cup coffee maker has become part of my morning routine turning out perfect coffee everyday. It's replaced the cafetiere, the Nespresso and the stovepress and I appreciate the quality and aesthetics of this nifty little appliance.

Bought the coffee machine under the assumption this was a reputable Saxon product instead of a cheap knock off from Shengzu…and it broke in 8 weeks! Awful

I 'assumed' this was a swiss company but its a front for a shoddy operation from Shegzou....I had the machine for 8 weeks and it has now gone kaput! Sadly, once I knew about the 'mistake', I awaited the inevitable epic fail - and here it is. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
