Shame on you.

Rahul K. Devgan is the managing partner of this awful company. Like many other people here I’ve parted with money without receiving anything. No communication whatsoever.
How do you sleep at night?
It’s abhorrent to use COVID-19 as an excuse to take money from people. Just stop trading until you can deliver orders.

BUYERS BEWARE

Ordered a desk over 6 weeks ago, it said 5-10 days delivery.

Still no item, impossible to get through to customer services, have been lied to multiple times.

Great customer service and fab products

Great customer service, friendly and co-operative. Really pleased with my purchase. Some negativity on here appears to be due to delivery delays but we are in a pandemic and the world has been on pause so cut them some slack!

Good range of furniture and products. Will use again!

Great experience

What I've noticed in my journey of furnishing my new house is the service and quality of the companies I have been dealing with. Both of which were great and experience smooth, with little intervention from myself. Item delivered on time. All good.

I ordered an item 25 days ago

I ordered an item 25 days ago, had a confirmation but no communication since. I have sent two emails requesting an update and received zero response. One to avoid - plenty of other reputable sites that carry the same stock. Fool me for not checking the reviews before making the purchase. Hopefully not another action via small claims

Customer experience

We ordered from this company in early June 2020. Our order was confirmed and our money was debited by them straightaway.
Since then we have heard nothing from them. We have tried to ring their contact number and have sent emails, all with no response.
Others should consider carefully as to whether this is the right company for you.

My Advice - DO NOT use this website

My Advice - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I had to go through my bank to dispute my order. They take the money, then you don't hear from them . I raised a ticket on the website. I called - numerous times no answer, I emailed 4 times. Nothing. The only thing I can assume is that they are a Fraudulent website. So I will be reporting them to Trading Standards......

Awful Company!! Don't bother, because they don't!

Awful experience!! Ordered a desk 6 weeks ago, cancelled after no communication on delivery times etc. Tried emailing and ringing. Keep getting told some rubbish around them having a 3rd party logistics company doing this part of the process and they can't do a refund until the goods are booked in. Still chasing for refund despite several conversations and assurances from their customer care that the refund will be made. This company should be reported to trade standards. I only ordered based on the fact their website said they had 4 desks in stock.

I placed an order on 10 May for a desk…

I placed an order on 10 May for a desk which still hasn't turned up even though the website said it was in stock on their website. My daughter needed it for home schooling. I have emailed several times, telephoned and left messages. Their customer service is appauling. They don't appear to understand their own internal processes. They need to be reported to trading standards. I would prefer to have someone return my call or email me and update me. I was told a month ago the product was in their UK warehouse awaiting delivery by their third party agents. So the product is available _ just an issue with it's delivery? Please just call me.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. They take your money and do not fulfil orders! You can never get a hold of them and on the rare occasion that you do, they give you the run around. 8 weeks on and still no delivery. It’s a scam

Warning - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered two sofas on 26th May, promised delivery in 5-15 days, no replies to any emails, or online requests for information, and customer support / sales telephone never answered except by a machine stating they are too busy to talk to anyone. Incredibly poor service and meanwhile they have my money! Will be arranging a chargeback through our bank but strongly advise others NOT to deal with this organisation. There are plenty of reputable suppliers and Hausdirect.com has certainly demonstrated that they care little about Customer Care or protecting their reputation.

Haus Direct - do not buy from them, you will never get your order!!!

I ordered and paid for a sofa on 15th May on line which was supposed to be in stock. I have not received my order or had any communication from Haus other than my original order acknowledgement. i have tried multiple time via phone and email to contact Haus to ask when i will receive my order but they have never responded. I have now asked them to cancel my order as i have purchased a sofa elsewhere but again have had response. am very worried that i will not get my money back. Do not use this company they are terrible!!!!

Don't bother!

The desk I ordered was supposed to be delivered in 5-10 days. 20 days on, I have heard nothing and have called and emailed several times. I will cancel the order!

Good product. Mediocre company and communication. Avoid.

I was going to write a scathing review, however given current conditions I'll try and keep it as balanced as I can.

Having seen on their website that they said they were trading as normal as possible, I ordered a desk on the 2nd May with a lead time of 7-15 days.
Money was taken immediately and order showed as processing. No updates to order over next week or so and reading others with bad experiences, I emailed them without any response. I tried twice to contact via the help desk, again no reply.
At this point I left messages on their social media adverts, this got a response and a phone call from Sam. He assured me order was in hand and to be delivered from Germany, but also it could run over the advertised timescales. Following a further call with Sam, I eventually received my desk on Saturday 30th May.

Perfectly happy with the desk, quality and ease to put together are 1st class.
The big down point is the very bad way of keeping customers informed of their orders. Sam did say the website and ordering needs to be improved to better show progress etc. This should be a priority for them as it's p...s poor at present!
Additionally realistic timescales should be advised PRIOR to purchase. Very evident a lot of people take it at face value when they see delivery dates which shows 2 weeks or whatever, when the reality is way beyond that in many cases.
All I can say is, if like me you can't get a response, is put a comment on their social media (Instagram in my case) I got a phone call same day.

Edit. Their Instagram account no longer allows comments.

Disappointing

I ordered a bed at the beginning of March. I am still waiting. No one responds to my emails and it is virtually impossible to get through on the phone. I got through once (I have called tens of times.) I was told the desk would have arrived by now even taking account of Covid 19. It hasn’t and I haven’t heard from Haus. The website provides no useful update about deliveries. Really bad customer service. Difficult times but I would never buy from this company again.

Still waiting, no contact from company!

Ordered a desk on 11th of May costing £200. Money taken straight away. I knew it would probably take a bit longer than the usual week for delivery but I have nothing from them. I have emailed 5 times and raised tickets to find out an approx time or I want a refund to order else where. They do not get back to you or answer the phone! So annoyed & wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Do not know what else to do. Customer service is ZERO. Avoid at all costs!
