Spoke with Lee who arranged for Adrian to come and move a very large fridge freezer for me, from Sharnford to Leicester.
They arrived on time and were very careful as the appliance was on a wooden floor and he was very careful not to scratch it.
He gave advice when we got to the new location to leave the fridge to stand, which was helpful.
It was a very hot day and nothing was too much trouble, really excellant service. Thank you.

Lee is a logistics wizard and really cares about his customers needs. His quote was also the best value for such a bespoke service.

They made the whole day as painless as possible, and we're friendly and polite throughout.

Definitely a 5* experience. From beginning to end, everything was well looked after and arrived without problems. Next time we move, we know how to call!

Lee was fantastic, very easy to get a hold of. He was very accommodating as I had to reschedule the move due to bad weather. He arrived right on time. I've used removals before, this was the best experience I've had by a mile. Very quick and efficient, it took significantly less time than I've previously experienced. The rate was excellent for the amount of work that was done. I can see why they're so highly rated.

Haul-You-Need did an exceptional job helping us with our recent house move. They helped us work out what we needed (3 people and 2 vans) and arrived bright and early, bang on time to help us move. They treated all of our belongings with great care and packed the vans carefully to ensure none of our belongings came to any harm. They packed the vans so perfectly. It was a joy to watch!

Their rates were extremely competitive but that was not reflected in their work which was exceptional. In short, they made a potentially stressful day into a breeze and we couldn't recommend them enough.

From start to finish I couldn't have asked for a better service from Haul You Need. Lee was quick to respond to my messages and had no problem with (several) date changes for my booking. Adrien and Matt were absolutely brilliant on the day, lovely friendly lads and they dealt with my move from a second floor flat with ease. Moving 100 miles up the M1 definitely comes with it's own stresses but these guys really put my mind at rest on the day knowing that my belongings were in safe hands.
