Very good service, but warehouse storage of nuts may need improvement
Very good service. I mainly buy nuts in bulk from the company and it is important they are not oxidised. So accurate storage conditions to prevent nuts getting oxidised in warehouse etc. is crucial as nuts go bad really fast if storage conditions not absolutely perfect. Most of the time the nuts are fresh, very occasionally they can taste rancid/stale before best-before date, when I bought from Hatton Hill Organics, which I assume is due to improper storage. So learned to buy after they‘ve been out of stock, i.e. when batches freshly arrived. And with that strategy I have faired well with the company, so can justify 5 stars.

Beautiful products!
My order arrived in a timely manner and my products were as i had ordered (bar 1) and better than expected.
Im delighted with them and cant wait to start making some cakes topped with Edible Rose Petals and Lavender infused muffins using these lovely organic products.

Repeat customer
I’ve been buying from Hatton Hill since January 2022 and probably order once a month. Never had a problem with deliveries or quality of goods (I’ve bought everything from chickpeas, lentils, rice and spices to various teas). Love the dried pulses - so much better than buying tins or cartons and much more cost-effective - and the loose leaf lemon verbena is my favourite herbal tea. I also like the fact you can order different amounts, so you can try the smaller sizes first before deciding whether to buy larger packets. Very happy customer.
