We are however 100% transparent about us being a Swedish company.
We indicate in several places on our website that we are a Swedish company and that all orders are shipped from Sweden.
We are very sorry that you have been charged for extra Customs fees, but that is regulated by your country's laws and we have no control over these charges. We also mention this on our website.
Additional Customs fees have nothing to do with the shipping costs and since it is due to country laws neither we nor you can impact it.
We are very sorry that these circumstances made your purchase from us not so satisfactory.
