Be aware duty is VERY high

Be aware, if you’re ordering from Canada and your package gets tagged for duty the price is just as if not more expensive then getting the hat IN Canada. Make sure you read ALL the fine print before ordering. I didn’t, my mistake but it’s not worth it.

Please don't buy off this company

Please don't buy off this company. I sent two hats back and kept one.
It cost £12 each time for returns. Then they refused refund saying evidence of wear and had a odour. I checked items prior to sending due to doing it on behalf of my son as he was working away. How dare they tell a complete untruth to prevent following their obligations. Keep clear.

For your sons order, we processed a full refund for one of the sent caps, but the other item appeared to show signs of wear, with a noticeable scent. Based on our policies, we were unable to approve a refund for that cap and offered to send it back to your son free of charge.

My very first experience with this…

My very first experience with this online store was quite disappointing and disastrous. Informations were collected during the process and payment was made. However when I tracked the delivery it was made attempt to a wrong country!! How can this mistake ever happen! I’m sorry I find this absurd and not acceptable. It’s either I get my FULL REFUND or I get this ship to me asap!

I love hatstore but their sizes are limited they won't bigger sizes especially stetson caps and hats

Just goto the mall, ends up cheaper

When searching for a hatstore online I was looking for one in my own country, so I searched online for "Hatstore Canada" After checking some reviews online looked like a legit company and noticed if I spent X amount of dollars I got free shipping through Canada Post. Excellent I thought, until I noticed the two week delivery time and the $31 Customs charges from Sweden.

Fantastic and personal customer service

I had a question regarding billing and invoicing. I asked my question in my own language on their website.
As mentioned on their website, i was assisted the day after by one of their employees. She kindly asked if she could help in english and already tried to answer my original question.
I was kindly surprised that a worldwide company like this has such a great personal approach with their customers service!!!
definetly makes me want to order again at Hatstore SE!!

Pure waste of money

I've ordered from Hatstore a customized cap and beanie. What I got was just a joke. The geometry of the logo, the filling, the edges ... simply everything was pure crap. I wasted more than a hundred bugs for something which directly went into the trash bin.

Delays and discount

Few delays with the order, my first one was cancelled and they didn't answer to my mails or to my messages, then they reply and offered me a bigger discount. hats are perfect and they arrive in a perfect condition, shipping is fast but as i said earlier they made a mistake with the order and i got the hats 15 days later.

Late delivery, tragic support

I ordered a hat here to match my outfit for a special occasion on July 25. Ordered on July 15, not shipped until July 23, so the hat won't arrive until July 28, two weeks after ordering! The website says delivery 2-5 business days. I could have ordered the hat elsewhere, but unfortunately I can't do that now. Thank you hatstore!! Communication with support lengthy, no apology, nothing. Never again...

Custome made cap 10/10

Fast delivery from Sweden to Hungary (7 businness days). I ordered a custome made baseball cap with my own design. The printing quality is really good. The details are awesome. I really recommend Hatsore. 10/10.

We purchased a year ago a cap with the Moomins, which our son loved. On a plane trip, unfortunately, it was left at the airport.... We wanted to buy the same one again, but it was no longer available. With help stepped in Ms. Basia from Polish customer service. Her help was invaluable - a customized cap was made, because the previous model was no longer available and produced.
