I ORDEWR THREE 100X HATS A FEW MONTHS A GO, I RECEIVED 1 IN GOOD CONDITION, ONE CAME IN AS A 6 XXXXXXX AND THE OTHER ONE HAD NO LINER AND CHEAPEST MADE HAT I EVER SEEN, I TRY ONE MORE TIME THIS IS A GIFDTY FOR OUR PASTOR AT COWBOY CHURCH, AND I AM SURE A LOT OF US WANTS TO ORDER MORE HATS. PLEASE SEND THIS ORDER OUT ASAP AND CORRECT, GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR STAFF.

The hat took a month to arrive. It is not the size requested. I contacted them, asking for a refund. They offered a $10 partial refund (total cost was ~$51) or I can return the hat at my expense. Neither of these is acceptable so I have requested a refund from Barclaycard.

Shipping took several weeks. Hat ran small compared to their sizing guide. Wanted me to pay more than value of the hat in shipping for an exchange. They told me that my best option was to take a $10 refund. I recommend you do buisness elsewhere. The cheap prices are not worth the hassle.

I have been admiring the handmade hats and decided today was the day. The only problem was choosing. I intended to only buy one, but there were two hats I had to have. Anxiously awaiting to receive them.

Very nice hat. I would have appreciated a slightly larger box or a better way of shipping only because the sides ended up rolling up from a smaller box than the diameter of the brim

The buying process was very straightforward. Easy. Once o receive the hat I can let you know how it is.

This is a scam website. The positive reviews on here are all fake and likely written by the scammer. The same individuals operates 10+ other scam websites out of China selling trash quality hats that take a month to arrive and will not be what you ordered.

We are working on getting them removed by Google, but it takes a long time. If you purchased a hat and also got scammed it is recommended to submit a chargeback to your credit card company-- this is the quickest way to get them removed as the chargebacks rack up. Also report them to Google.

So far, so good Lord selection hats first time ordering from this company. I have two hats on their way. Looking forward to see if sizes true and quality is what pre-review said dealt with Another hat, vendor, customer service and quality was below expectations. Looking forward to the new hats.

It took two weeks to receive order. No where when ordering did it say the hat would be shipped from China. The hat arrived in a flimsy box that was crushed. The hat inside was of poor quality and damaged. A refund was requested. I was offered a refund of $10 on a $78 order or I could ship it back (to China which would include customs) at my expense. Take the $10 or spend more for shipping then the item was worth. Would not recommend dealing with this company.

I should have listened to my 1st instincts, (what seem too good...is not). The price was less than another competitor, and I found out why. Two hats stuffed in one small box... really? The Brown hat was decent quality but, did not run true to size (one size too small). the Black hat was not the same material as the Brown one, cheap quality, bent up and, wrong size.
If you want to satisfy this customer, send quality merchandise, exact size, ship in separate boxes or one box big enough to house two hats comfortably, and paid for return of this disappointing merchandise.

The review that was posted on July 1, 2024 sums it up. Cheap knock off, wrong hat, came in a shoe box, costume store quality, wrong color, bent in half and poor customer service response. Chinese scam! BEWARE!

China China China stay away sent wrong size good luck returning gas station quality

This company is a complete scam. Nowhere on its website does it say products ship from China. The wide-brim (fedora) style hat came packaged in a shoebox. It was the cheapest knockoff of a hat, if there were any. Avoid this company completely. Do not fall for the 5-star reviews because they may be as dubious as the company selling them.
They will try to bribe you with $10 and scare you into paying exorbitant shipping fees. I paid for expedited two-day shipping, thinking it was coming from the States. Nope, a week later, it finally shows up with the cheapest gas station sunglasses included as a "free gift".
Once I requested a refund, the reply told me everything I needed to know. I showed it to my wife, and she immediately said I had been scammed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY FROM A REPUTABLE BRAND.

Very much liked the look in white with a wide brim. Looking forward to wearing it and the compliments I’ll be getting. Delivered on 11 July- Well, so much for looking forward to something you see on the website, only to be totally disappointed when it arrives. The $70 hat I ordered said it would come in its own hat box. It did not, it came in a cardboard box, with a crushed corner, with less width than the hat. The hat looks like it was done by a 4th grader, bumps along the brim outer edge. The black band is glued with some of the upper edging turned inward so it’s not smooth finished line …… wavy, which is not a finished look at all. I’d go elsewhere rather than order from this company. Very disappointed.

Scared silly, after reading reviews on trust pilot . wasn't expecting much if anything , ordered two hats ,Desert rat and crocodile Dundee hat,didn't realize they were coming from China, not that that matters ! 126 dollars Canadian for two hats is a deal ,read all the reviews this was a scam, well it's not !!! Got what I paid for and then some,well made, wright size ,received within 3 wks to Canada not a typical party hat from the dollar store , but a genuine quality hat. if you want beaver add couple hundred dollars, you get what u pay for,
