Fraud…Don’t pay online or before delivery. Product won’t get delivered and you won’t get refund.

They delivered a completely different case from what i ordered. When complained just keep asking many nonsense question like share this, share that, when you ordered, when you received. I mean they have order number, cant they track these via order or awb number

I have ordered prepaid but the order was not received the order are in pending pickup not received 2 months ago

Hey guys plz don't buy from this fake website i ordered case for my phone s24 fe they delivered me a different size of case ... after a so mails they only said after 5 days of working your money credit. And still they are not returning my money don't trust on such a fake website.....

I just fell to one good review here on Trust pilot and ordered back cover and screen guard for my iPhone worth 1800Rs and they never sent the article.I emailed them 100 times but to my surprise they told me that your product has been delivered even though the courier they have sent the product with shows product isn’t yet been delivered
This is a totally scam and fraud website .
Kindly don’t order anything from this shitty website

Hey guys, please do yourself a favour and don't buy from phone cases from Hatke.com. They are a resale website, and once you buy the product, you can't find the the listing on their website ( they took it down randomly so I don't write a review about it). The reason It's bad is because the picture in the product does not at all match the product mentioned, it's completely different.

It's a scam!
I have ordered a case from this website in prepaid, but I didn't received any cases and also I tried to reach the customer service many times but still no response from the end. The website is a fraud which fools the people and the quality of the products are also very bad.

Totally fraud company wrong product delivery and after that not accept the mistake and ask me to send back with pay extra courier charges..

Just horrible! absolutely the cheapest possible material used to make their covers. Looks different from what I ordered. the cover is not even worth 80rs and I ended up paying a whooping 340 thinking it is premium. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR PICS!

I bought a pixel 7 cover from this website and it was one of the best covers that I have ever got for my pixel. It is pure silicon. It has the Google logo and it came as the color I ordered it. This is one of the best website to buy phone cases according to me and stop spreading bad reviews.

I am extremely disappointed with the service and quality provided by this company. Despite their attractive offers, the phone cases delivered were of very poor quality. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a refund, they refused to process it, claiming my reason was not valid.

I even shared pictures to support my case, but they insisted on a parcel opening video, which I unfortunately did not have. They have seen my messages but have not responded. This experience reflects a significant lack of customer satisfaction and transparency.

It feels like a scam operation, where they lure customers in with good deals and then refuse to take responsibility for the substandard products they deliver. Their refusal to address my concerns and their lack of responsiveness make me believe they are running a fraudulent business.

Regrettably, I cannot recommend this company due to my negative experience and the apparent deceitful practices they engage in.

Bad case quality, poor delivery conditions, worst service. Really hard buttons, case literally started chipping the outer layer. The case was outside the internal packaging. Seems like a they just forwarded a previously returned case without checking. The customer case service via email is so poor. They denied my refund request even when I was according to their return policy. Upon informing them they soon stopped responding. Never buying from them again!!!

To all those who IDI OTS who have posted negative reviews due to not receiving their orders or receiving wrong colors or defective mobile covers and accessories, kindly educate yourselves on the website you ordered from. Your lack of awareness impacts legitimate businesses like these. Understand the disparity between this website, hatke.co.in, and others like hatke.com, where you may have made your purchase. Such ignorance only serves to highlight your own folly. This is my 4th pruchase with them FYI.
