As a business we are trying to be more sustainable in every way possible. After finding out that 88% of 10 billion business cards go to landfill, we had to find an alternative way to do things. I came across Hatch and the seeded business cards and immediately thought that sounds like something we should be doing. They were extremely helpful as we needed to trial them at a business show we were attending and Katie was particularly helpful in getting that done for us. My Directors were so impressed they have confirmed that we will be ordering all our business cards from them as soon as we are settled into our lovely new premises! I highly recommend Hatch.

Beware of this company scamming you! To warn you now that the good reviews are fake. It’s so so obvious. Read the bad reviews to really know what a company is like. Just note also that they may use a phone to contact you when trying to get your business but the moment you inevitably run into trouble with them and their fake service, they will claim they only operate online and don’t have a contact number (dodgy as hell!!!). I’m now on the 2nd week of waiting for my delivery. I even came into the office in a taxi costing me over £50 (rail strikes so no public transport I could get) to make it in time for the delivery that they promised would arrive this time. The package was never delivered. It was meant to be here before 10am. It is now 2pm. I told them yesterday I didn’t want the delivery anymore because of how late they were (2 weeks!!!) with my company Christmas cards that will not arrive on time, even though they promise 1-3 turnaround time. They take your money quickly though ;). So I tell this middle manager Katie that I want a refund (for the millionth time because Bobby couldn’t handle me asking for a refund because the service I received was so so bad). And all she responds with is that they went above and beyond to get my package for me and I can’t have a refund. They didn’t go above and beyond. I’ve had to chase. They couldn’t even hire a reputable company and instead provided me with one who doesn’t provide working tracking for your package. The company and courier have ghosted me and I’m left wondering if I need to stay in my office for the rest of the day to wait… just like I did yesterday and the week before. This company is a sham and I’m escalating my complaint. Looking at the real reviews I can see this is an ongoing problem with the company. Having reviewed them online, I can also see the company have changed “identities” so much over the last few years and one can’t help but think perhaps it’s because of the constant bad reviews? If you don’t change your company ways you’re going to have to keep running from the past. Maybe they got the wrong person today because I have had enough of scam companies ripping off innocent hard working people. Avoid this company like the plague, they don’t deserve your custom, your money or your energy.
Picked up some great wildflower seed paper from Hatch as I'm local I was able to collect it the next day. Really great quality and super helpful advice from Gary over email. Overall a great experience and am looking forward to getting some more when needed! Will happily use their printing services when I next have a project that needs them.
So even after checking my own artwork several times I'd still made an error but thanks to Aidan's eagle eyes👀 it was spotted before sending and rectified 'in house '.

We ordered seeded cards and paid for next day delivery.
Nothing for 6 days, and couldn't get hold of them on the phone.
Sent an email chasing, telling them not to print, and asking for a refund, given that next day delivery was requested (and we were past the event we'd ordered for).
"Incredibly", 24 hours later our order suddenly was processed and shipped. No reply to our email though.
Order arrived, printed in the wrong colour (grey instead of gold), with text missing, and 10 days later than expected.
We emailed asking for a refund and tried to get through via phone. No response.
We won't be using them again. Neither will those we work with.
Is ver rare for me to wright a bad review about any company, i allways reached one solution, but unfortunatly this time i have to write one about Hatch Print, and even so if i get a soltuion where everybody is happy in the end i avallable to upgrade this review:
I've been tried to contact Hatch Print and i just found is a waist of time. I don't give zero stars because is not possible.
A roller banner was order on 05/09/2022, everything went well online, payment went through and the order was sent right next day or even after, but didn't took more than 2 days to be sent, if the review was just about that i will give them 5 stars but the problem is the parcel was lost by DPD and still like that until today 21/09/2022, i made a contact with DPD on 14/09/2022 and they confirm the parcel is lost and they will raise a case with a case number, (right not their fault, i understand), immediatly, in the same day i made a contact with Hatch Print, first attempt was by phone and mobile phone but for some unknown reason the phone number is not accepting phone calls from my location Northern Ireland - UK, second attempt was throught the webchat availlable on Hatch Print website, by luck in that day somebody was online and suggest to me expose the case by email to Hatch Print, i made what the fella suggested, i explained everything on that email about my conversation with DPD and i ask on the same email a solution for this matter, today is 21/09/2022 and nobody get back to me yet, the web chat is off line and the contact number on the website is useless in Northern Ireland - UK. basically the costumer support is a waist of time or rubbish and order anything on from Hatch looks like is a high risk of loosing money.

Have ordered twice with Hatch. Once very successfully, once a disaster. A large mail out of seeded postcards were sent out by Hatch via Royal Mail. We don't believe any of them arrived. Many of the addresses were our employees, so we could tell when the postcards arrived and anticipate a spike in enquiries or orders like we had previously when we sent the seeded cards. None of these cards arrived to our employees and no calls were received like we expected from the ‘mailing’. On a few requests to Hatch for an explanation or receipt from Royal Mail for their bulk postage no receipt has been received and no further response aside from that ‘they were sent out’. I would never use this company again or recommend them. I'm shocked and disappointed that a company can treat a repeat customer like this.
The product looks fabulous but Katie is the one who makes this company stand out. We had a few unforseen issues and Katie went above and beyond to ensure that we received our item in time for our event. It was touch and go but she worked so hard to make sure we got it. It's great to find a company that has an eco friendly focus and that has some great staff to make sure their customers are happy.
Ordered the seed paper leaflets for our organisation and none of them germinated. Nor did the paper break down as it was supposed to. Sample paper from other companies all broke down within days and seeds germinated. I sent an email asking about this issue and no one has replied. Spent a lot of money on them and not impressed.
I've ordered two roller banners from Hatch and both have been great and very reasonable - a seamless online order experience. On one occasion there was a hitch with the delivery attempt. One call to customer service and Katie worked her magic - investigated the problem, found out the options and having listened to my situation, chose the best route to ensure I got the product on time and where I needed it. She went the extra mile cheerfully and I'm so grateful. Will definitely use Hatch for future printing needs.

I was looking for a vegan friendly service so was happy that I can across Hatch. I was pleased that I found a company with excellent service from start to finish.

Katie has been amazing, I cannot fault the service I have received. I had all of my wedding stationary done through hatch. On the seeded paper and it’s so beautiful! They have been efficient and I honestly cannot fault them! I I’ll defo use again!

I ordered the recycled pulp A6 greeting cards for some festive designs, and recycled kraft business cards - the quality of both cards is good. I had an issue with one of my orders matching design and it was resolved swiftly - but do follow guidelines to minimise confusion. I chose Hatch based on reviews on timing and that their packaging is also recyclable.
