Absolutely the worst service I have ever received! They blocked my transaction out of nowhere, sent me a questionnaire, and asked for proof and documents, which I provided immediately. After that, complete silence. They’re not letting me send or withdraw my own money! I’ve sent multiple emails asking what else they need, but no one is responding to my emails. At this point, I am convinced they are not a legitimate organization

🚨 Warning about HATA.io 🚨
I deposited funds with HATA.io and when I requested to close my account, they refused to return my 20,000 MYR unless I provided excessive documents (tax returns, proof of wealth, etc.).
By law, they may restrict crypto withdrawals, but they have no legal right to block the return of fiat funds back to my original bank account. This is effectively holding my money hostage.
This behavior is unethical, predatory, and feels like a scam. I strongly advise others to stay away from this platform or you risk to lose your money.
