Patryk was the best landlord that I had. He was attentive and listened any problems I had and promptly fixed them. It if wasn’t for him, my stay in Swansea would have been a lot more bleaker. I’ll 100% recommend him if you’re looking for a place in Swansea.

I have got chance to stay here 2 months before leaving the UK permanently. It was my good experience staying here. 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗿𝘆𝗸, who manages the house, he is always response promptly when things occurred. The house itself is functional, quiet and compatible.

My stay at Jargus property was an outstanding experience from start to finish.
Room was exceptionally clean upon moving in. Spacious for storage. Comfortable bed and a high speed WIFI.
Relationship with Landlord is exceptionally amazing. Very friendly with smiles, response to calls and get things fixed immediately.
Overall, I highly recommend Jargus properties to anyone looking for Comfortable, clean and welcoming place to live with an amazing Landlord relationship.

Patryk is an amazingly efficient and hard working man. I felt I could trust him when I met him because he is genuine, honest and not trying to sell work he doesn’t do like many managing agents. My property looks great and I don’t have to worry about like when it was in other agent’s hands. He is straight forward and does what he says he will do.

Patryk is the most professional manager I ever had!!! Any problem he is solving as soon as possible. I was renting a room for over a year and I’m would recommend him to everyone who wants to enjoy their stay. Was very sad to leave!

Patryk is a really really hard working young guy, with both landlord and tenants interests at the heart of all he does. He often sorts things out himself rather than waiting for contractors to attend.

He’s night and day better than my previous HMO management agents, he sorts things out quickly, without any drama, is trustworthy, and is great at communicating. He works very long hours and responds pretty much immediately to emails / texts.

He deserves his success and I’d highly recommend him.

He’s also a really genuinely nice chap, and a breath of fresh air compared to the avenge Swansea HMO agent.

As a property owner/landlord of a 5 bedroom property in Mount Pleasant, Swansea I must admit that I was a little sceptical when I contacted Patryk at HassleFreeHMO and heard what he had to offer as a property manager. Seemed too good to be true, but as a friend had already started using his services I thought I would give it a go. Mainly because the previous company who managed the property, (a well known Student Let company in Swansea), were absolutely terrible at both rent collection and dealing with maintenance issues.
Patryk has been the complete opposite and it has been such a relief. He has surpassed my expectations by a mile and has done everything promised to a very high standard. He has cosmetically refurbished the entire house at no extra cost to myself, making it much more comfortable and desirable to tenants. I now have a guaranteed rental income every month for the duration of the 3 year contract and the peace of mind that I no longer have to chase a letting company like I did before. I really can't recommend Patryk enough! Top service.

Patryk took over single property last year, he has redecorated it and made it look lovely renting it out and giving us a guaranteed income… my confidence in him has grown to the stage I now take him to look at other potential properties and taken his advice on purchasing, location, income potential etc, I have now bought 2 additional properties with Patryk overseeing the renovations where needed , and again renting them out with guaranteed incomes.. Patryk is a totally switched on businessman who has been helpful beyond the description of his Hassle fee status . I will be buying 2 more properties this year and Patryk will manage them .

Excellent Landlord very active in group chats and keeps personal lines of connection with me as a tenant. Typically less than 48 hours turn-around on issues at the property, quick to resolve issues, always fair and reasonable. Probably the most involved and attentive landlord I’ve ever had, would recommend to anyone!

Patryk is possibly the best landlord I’ve had, he is extremely helpful with moving in and fixing any of the few problems the house had throughout my tenancy. This could be from replacing the Wi-Fi after a couple of days of it not working properly or sending out engineers to look into a faulty fire alarm we had the day after we complained.

Patryk is running an HMO I own and I am so pleased I chose to use him. He's efficient and sees to any issues that have arisen.
