Why can't I put a zero star rating? I ordered a laser engraver, received confirmation of delivery but was not delivered to address. Contacted the company and disputed. When I asked for the name of the shipping company that notified them of delivery, they blocked my email address. No customer service number to call. I had to file a dispute with the bank.

I have just like everybody else been fooled by Pinterest's advertising.
I purchased the inflatable mattress that folds into a case and unfold into a bed frame as I am disabled and unable to use stairs.
I ordered this in November had tracking details for a week now it say no such number and no such order I wouldn’t mind but I purchased the Kingsize one as it comes with free delivery.
But it appears I’ve been scammed too tried to pay on PayPal but said there was a problem on PayPal so I paid on my debit card .
Does anyone know if I can get the money back off my bank like I said I always use PayPal that way any problems they guarantee your money back .

Also got caught in this scam. My order was for a 20 piece cast iron cookware set. Also received a crap necklace from ZZTop like others. I tracked the address to a Truck Stop in CA. All emails go unanswered/bounced back. Took the delivery confirmation numbered to the Post Office since they insisted the package was delivered to show the postmaster the small box with the confirmation number and my order of cast iron pots. Told him he needs to get rid of my new postman since he told them he carried a heavy box up to my second floor apartment. I felt it best to track it thoroughly to get to my credit card company for a fraudulent purchase. They are working on it. In addition, I cancelled that credit card and has a replacement card with a new number just to be safe.

Same experience as everyone else. They send the cheap necklace so you think it is legit because it has a tracking number with Canada Post but it is a scam. Do NOT Order from them unless you are willing to lose your money. They told me they would refund my money but not to take it further, that the money would be back in my account in 5-7 days. Never happened. I was lucky, VISA reimbursed me but I also cancelled my credit card and was issued a new one.

Terrible terrible! It’s a scam page. Just don’t order from them. Package never existed. I ordered something that I saw on social media without looking further on their website. Once you see the website and navigate the poorly designed and written information you can quickly get to the conclusion that it’s a scam.

Scam,Scam...ordered Xmas tree Nov 22 but still not delivered. False delivery company.

I ordered a scooter for my ailing husband to be able to get around. I have been emailing the company who says it was delivered on November 29. I did receive a package. It was a scarf, I think. The "from" company was ZZTOP. I thought my brother had ordered it for me, but nope. I'm so disappointed! So I guess I will talk with my credit card company about getting my money back. And I will be reporting them to Pinterest.

DO NOT trust these scum of people. They will take your money and send you a rubbish necklace. Don’t believe for one minute you will get what you pay for. You will be disappointed. This is the worst group of people who prey on you wallet and have no interest in selling anything to you. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND DISHONOURABLE

I ordered a laser cutter costing over $69 and it never arrived and now I can’t even sign in to see about getting my money back!!!!!!! Can someone tell me how I can at least get my money back? Thanks for your help

Reading the reviews it seems I am like everyone else here.... Tried my luck to get the laser engraver and ended up with some cheap necklace. All emails are rejected from their server. If there was anyway to have them blocked from Pinterest I would be all for it.

Order a laser printer cutter and I didn't even get the cheap necklace like everyone else did. The email address dosen't work and I'm out $39.99. Don't buy. They also sell through other stores.

Purchased a Laser Engraver & Cutter. My card was charged $39.99 plus $9.99 shipping.Can't get free shipping unless you spend $40 on products.Was sent a confirmation email as well as a link to track the package. Tracking indicated package was shipped from China.
Ordered on 9 Nov 2022. 3 weeks & 3 days later the link stopped working & only error messages- Non valid order, No such account, Invalid tracking number. Then I receive a completely smashed package thru USPS,shipped from Las Vegas NV, a cheap trinket necklace. NO LASER
Each enquiry sent to Hashosh only got me more frustrated. They have done NOTHING to rectify this situation.
This company seeks to swindle customers & should be avoided.
I will be leaving negative feedback every time the opportunity presents itself.And will be contacting USPS to start a mail fraud enquiry,as well as contacting Pinterest where I saw the ad,the Better Business Bureau, as well as contacting my CC Co.

Exactly same experience as Richard Moore from the USA. Ordered an engraver, got some useless necklace. Why bother sending anything at all? Total rip-off scam artists. How do they get away with advertising this crap?

I ordered a laser and received only a worthless necklace. I see another customer had the same problem so this is a SCAM. This is a cheating worthless company that you can't even contact with their email address. Stay away from them. They cannot straighten this out if they don't even know my email address

I ordered and payed $50 for a laser engraver and they sent me a 50¢ necklace that comes out of the bubble gum machines horrible to me this site is a scam don't waste your time or hard earned money on this scam they are pulling it's way to good to be true I'm trying to get a refund now so if I get a refund in the next day or so I'll change my review all I want is my money back it's Christmas time and every penny counts this was going to be a gift for my wife but not now due to this mess!!!!

Followed link in Pintrest and ordered a laser etcher cutter, finally received package with tracking number and it turned out to be a Necklace that you get from a gum machine. Tried contacting to report but provided contact info is Bogus. STAY AWAY FROM THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SCAM! SCAM! Never got my stuff went to a fake tracking company told me it was being delivered and delivered but never got it the all-around nothing but a scam
