Worst customer service

Worst customer service. They dont even have a customer care number. And reaching to them on whatsapp is like very lenghty process. And dtdc agents will not even try to reach out to customer for delivery but say that the customer is not available. The order takes forever to deliver.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Hashboosh.

I placed an order on March 22nd, and it was promised that the item would be shipped within 7–10 working days. However, even after that period, there was no shipment update. Every time I contacted their team, I received the same generic response that it would be shipped “soon,” but nothing actually happened.

Since I urgently needed the item and realized it wouldn’t arrive on time, I requested a change of delivery address from Kochi to Thrissur. They agreed to this, but still didn’t proceed with shipping. After multiple follow-ups, they informed me that my ordered item was delayed due to production issues and suggested that I place a new order for a different dress. I ended up doing that and even paid extra, after which they finally shipped the item.

Despite reconfirming the updated address, they still sent the parcel to my old address. I was out of town at the time, which made things extremely inconvenient. When I raised this issue, their responses were blunt and unhelpful, which was very frustrating.

In the end, I had to ask a friend to collect the parcel from the old address and courier it to me. Even now, I haven’t received the item, and honestly, I have no confidence in the product either.

Overall, this has been a very poor experience. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them—please be cautious before placing an order.

Delayed delivery

Delayed delivery. No grievance redressal mechanism available for customer. They do not acknowledge their mistake of delayed shipping. It's been two weeks , still haven't received the order yet. Its a scam. Do not trust and buy from this company.

Rellay had a very bad experience

Rellay had a very bad experience. Please don't fall in their trap. The fit is very bad and if you try to return, they will charge you. They will suggest for product exchange and will give you coupons. If you again order from that coupon and the fit is still not good they will charge for both return and exchange. And eventually you will end up paying penalty to them and with only loss due to their mistake. I always wear xs or small in other brands. Their xs feels like medium and very poor stitching.

Very worst Experience

Very worst Experience. I returned the item as it was not up to the mark for the price. They mentioned they will charge 200 rs for cancellation and shipping. So I shipped there product by own. It's been around 7 days they have received the product. But still now they didn't refunded the amount

pathetic customer service

Since the items are not up to the expectation as mentioned in the previous review i returned them and it has been almost 12 days and i am still waiting for my refund. such a pathetic customer service, leave alone the quality of the products.
