System works very well and is a much better system than I had before using a timer on a large water but. The elbow connectors are not tight enough and we had to get barbed connectors to replace the ones supplied. They were difficult to fit because the system was in place. Recommend you change the kit to barbed connectors in future.

Great greenhouse and also watering system app works well and support is good.

I am one of the early supporter when it was on Kickstarter. I love the watermate system and love the green house. I no longer worried that my small seedings will bake to death or forget to water them. It encourages me to experiment on new plants and keeping them alive! I used to have those Wooden mini greenhouse and the Harvst version blows them out of the water! Quality built, sturdy and good looking addition to my garden. Solar is enough to keep my plants hydrated

I can honestly say that the Harvst WaterMate is really fantastic the quantity, quality and variety of gorgeous produce that I’ve been harvesting this year is truly amazing. I no longer have to burden my poor daughter with the task of watering my poly-tunnel my wife can now confidently take a holiday or weekend break in the knowledge that the plants are getting just the right amount of water they need. Sadly, the weeds also benefit a little!!

Fantastic product, we went with the Solar watermate watering system for our polytunnel, easy to set up and big reduction in water consumption, as we use harvested rain water. The system automatically waters twice a day, and in hot weather we have set it to water for 30 sec every hour. I have made a change installing a larger battery and additional 50w solar panel, using the controller to drive the pump via a relay, but this was to suit our needs. Highly recommended system.

The Harvst watermate has revolutionised my greenhouse management. Away from home in the latest heatwave, the watermate kept my plants irrigated and healthy, without the worry of pestering friends and neighbours to water twice daily. I’ve never had such a bountiful tomato crop…and no split skins!

Purchased a mains powered irrigation system and its great!
It delivers the water exactly where it is needed and therefore reduces the total volume of water needed. The control box is basically a mini computer full of features for responding to humidity and air temperature. I can control my watering cycles when i'm away on holiday.

Put the auto watering system into my Polycrub….it is brilliant and saves lots of time

I bought a mini watering system, the system is quite good, but takes a while to setup. The software is a little complicated to setup, but once working is reliable. The app that you use to control the system needs some work, the english is faulty in some places and there is an assumption that you are only going to grow veg in your grow house. The support people were good.

Impressed with the concept. We did not need the watering device or heating but the lid opener is a great idea. Two drawbacks. Firstly the assembly instructions were chaotic being formatted at A5 but printed on A4 with no discernible logical sequence or orientation. I had to print some pages on my photocopier and insert them the right way up to make the pages follow each other properly. Second, the sliding doors could be more easily incorporated if the top guide was deeper so that the bottom edges of the doors could be lifted over the standard depth guide and dropped into the channel (a pretty standard arrangement for sliding cupboard doors). This would allow the doors to be removed for cleaning more easily too; at the moment screws have to be removed all over to get them out.

Water mate pro is great. We have installed in the Green house without a Wifi but it works fine on the programme as directed. We are going to install on the veg patch as well. Its been installed now for about 4 months fed off a water butt and it saves us forgetting about the watering and allows us to go away. I did quite a bit of research before buying and am very happy with this purchase.

I purchased a watermate mini however the unit was faulty due to incorrect wiring of the control unit. In addition the temperature sensor was missing along with some plastic fittings. Being an engineer I mended the control unit myself and Harvst replaced the missing items. All is now working well the internet functionality is a great boon.

We love our programmable, online greenhouse watering system. It works reliably and provides helpful temperature and watering data when we are away on holiday.

The Watermate Pro looked like an ideal system to manage more accurate greenhouse watering than some of the more basic models.

The fact that it is fiddly to set up was anticipated, since I have installed such systems before. The real challenge comes when setting up the Control Unit. The Manual provided offers little guidance on this; fortunately I located a troubleshooting document on-line which helped me determine why (after days of struggling) my system failed to water, due to a conflict in my settings (due to multiple trial and errors). Then I moved onto more sophisticated approaches such as soil moisture monitoring. Even after a call for help, this has never worked since it seems (unbeknownst by me) that my Control Box needs a programme update; which appears not to be possible from the greenhouse (no WiFi) and is thus required to be dismantled and taken to where I can get WiFi. Discovering this took a number of telephone calls (and chase ups) to learn this disappointing fact: this the system remains in basic mode as I cannot remove until my greenhouse is emptied. It seems there is a way to do this using 4G and my mobile phone, but the “how” was never forthcoming.

Overall a good system, but a poor Manual and limited support from Harvst compounded by a system that needs WiFi to keep it updated has been highly frustrating.

Overpriced. Arrived in several deliveries, all too late for a specific event when we were promised everything would be on time. Much better versions out there too.
Still feels as though product is in ‘test’ mode and bugs need ironing out. Should have done more research.

I recently bought the S10 greenhouse (3 season). I stumbled across the site about a year before purchase and after much debate I finally bought one.

This was to replace a small temporary plastic greenhouse that was forever blowing away in strong winds.

I wanted something that wasn't too large, that was nice to look at and wouldn't be an eyesore in my garden, that would be sturdy and would help me continue my gardening passion and new found joy of growing things from seed.

When I received the greenhouse I was a little overwhelmed with the amount of parts and construction that was ahead of me, but with the help of the instructions and YouTube videos I was able to successfully put the S10 together on my own. There were times when it would have been easier to do with 2 people, but putting the greenhouse together with one person is very possible.

Once together I was very impressed with the sturdy build of the greenhouse and once I secured it to a nearby wall with brackets I was even more impressed. It's worth noting I didn't use the brackets supplied by Harvst, instead I opted to get ones from my local hardware store to suit my location and needs better.

The greenhouse has a lot of space and lots of ways to configure the inside.

I've purchased the unit with a powered control unit, irrigation and heating. Putting the heating and irrigation is a little fiddly and there's defiantly a lot of trial and error involved. But that's part of the fun and learning.

I'd highly recommend the S10. I look forward to hopefully years with it.

I am very impressed with the service and help that I have had I got a watermate watering system for my polytunnel and have had a few issues over it not working but Stacy and Chris have helped immensely to get it to work I would definitely recommend this company and there customer service is second to none and extremely helpful

Fantastic mini-greenhouse! I've got the Sprout S10 and it's remarkable how much you can grow in it. The plants are loving the constant optimum conditions too 😁
