Called a few times
Called a few times. Even sent an email to their support, no response. And today, spent almost 30 mins to reach their support again. This is second call since the first call was ended without anyone answering

Placed an order on May 4th,2026, order no: 298925 but didn’t received any update for my order. Even sent an email to customerfirst email on May 7th, 2026 due to no response, however, still no response. Tried to call multiple times, no one answered.
On May 12th, 2026, I called again and spent 20 mins at 10.30am just for someone to tell me that Harvey Norman from respective store didn’t send an update email for my order and the item was out of stock. So, they had to wait to arrive the store but no communication. But this was only for one item. Another item will be shipped from Batu Pahat as the support told me on May 12th, 2026 and they will share tracking number at the end of the day. But, still nothing.
Worse experience and customer support in the whole universe
Formal Escalation: No Response via Phone, Email or Website – Order No. 286834
Dear Harvey Norman Customer Service,
I am writing to formally escalate an unresolved issue regarding my online purchase (Order No. 286834), made on Saturday.
Since Monday, I have made multiple attempts to contact your customer service through all available channels, including:
- Repeated calls to the toll-free number 1800 18 5200 (with extended holding times and no assistance),
- Voice messages requesting a call-back,
- Emails sent to your support team, and
- Message submitted via your official website.
To date, I have not received any successful response through any of these channels.
I only received a WhatsApp message stating that I was contacted on Tuesday at 1.09 PM; however, I have carefully checked my phone call logs and can confirm that there were no missed calls received at that time or thereafter. I remain fully reachable at the contact number provided below.
Additionally, the order does not appear in my Harvey Norman account, which raises serious concern regarding the status of this purchase.
I kindly request that one of the following actions be taken urgently:
Immediate confirmation of my order and delivery status, OR
A full refund should the order be unable to be located or fulfilled.
If I do not receive a clear response within three (3) working days, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN) and pursue further action through my payment provider.
Please contact me at xxx-xxxxxxxx at your earliest convenience. I look forward to your prompt assistance.
Regards,
Xxxx
Penang store, Paragon Mall. The sales team believes their job ends with taking orders and collecting payments. I have waited for two previously confirmed delivery dates, yet my order has still not arrived.
Such inefficiency is a surefire way to drive customers to your competitors.
Zero stars. So I purchased items online via click & collect (1 hour). Turn up at the store and they’re “reviewing” my order. Up to 24 hours. Can’t get onto any customer service, online, phone, email. In store are hopeless because they’re waiting for the order to come through from the online process. They took my money though - that’s a given. Would have been easier presenting at the store with my cash or card. This is a nightmare. Avoid this bast@rd business like the plague
I signed up for a pre-order for the DJI Mini 2 and placed a 30% deposit in store at the IPC Mall. I was informed that they would let me know when the drone had arrived. About a week later, I was browsing their site and lo and behold, the drone was on sale and they didn’t inform me!
I checked availability and the drone was unavailable in the IPC outlet but was available at another outlet. I took a drive there but was informed that they couldn’t sell me the drone as i had placed a deposit in another store, which is part of the same company operating under the same brand name, same logo and all!
I was asked to go back to the store which had no stock (i did inform them of this!).
What kind of madness is this?
