We were served by Gary and Melissa really helpful and knowledgeable it was my first purchase of a smart phone. I was talked through the various options and even put my simm into a display phone to show how easy it was. Hi there went in to the Harvey Narman store in merry hill we were greeted by Gary from tech and under no pressure he gave us valuable information about the goods we we’re interested in we were at ease with him a Excellent sales man nice guy cheers Gary. Then we went to Mathew to set up the goods we purchased a very bright young and very good at his job he was polite with customers and able to answer Al questions thanks Mathew

Very bad experience with Harvey Norman online store. I ordered a fridge that was shown as in stock, with delivery promised within 5–7 working days. However, after 22 days there was still no delivery and no proper update.

The service was very poor. Every time I had to chase them myself — no one ever contacted me or followed up after the order. When I finally spoke to the manager, he said they still could not give any delivery date because he was “not sure,” maybe sometime in June.

After wasting so much time waiting with no clear communication, I cancelled my order. Very disappointing experience and I would never recommend this store to anyone.

I was looking for new furniture for my recently decorated lounge. Went into Harvey Norman and was assisted by Prescious a knowledgable salesman. Tried various chairs etc and bought a 2 seater sofa and 2 single chairs, all with reclining/massaging and lazy boy features in the colour I wanted. Being delivered tomorrow and I am well pleased.
