We had a wonderful experience with Sally who took the time to explain everything to us and to answer any questions and concerns we had, be it about the kitchen materials, the building process or sustainability and durability. We decided to put our kitchen project on the back burner for now as we have other priorities in the house come up but Sally made sure we’re absolutely wanting to have our Harvey Jones Kitchen in the future! 🙂

Harvey Jones in Edinburgh have been a great help in designing our kitchen for the renovation of our house. Sally has spent many hours with us looking at different solutions and combinations of layouts, cabinetry, doors, drawers and finishes. I personally had not realised how complicated the process could be. Sally helped us to navigate the various possibilities with great patience and skill and the final designs have turned out looking wonderful. I would have no reservations in recommending Sally and Harvey Jones to anyone considering an new kitchen.

Harvey Jones and particularly Sally Hinks (Edinburgh) were very helpful in the design of our kitchen. Sally and team were highly responsive and were on hand to provide design ideas we had not considered alongside pragmatic advice to help the flow in the kitchen.

We are very happy with the final outcome of the kitchen installation. Towards the end of the construction period the company encountered a problem with one of the larger countertops which meant that the completion date would have to be extended and prevent us from using the kitchen and over the Xmas holiday. Harvey Jones worked hard to find a solution and installed a temporary countertop for the island that allowed us to spend Xmas at our property in Edinburgh. It was clear from the outset when the problem was identified that they would find a solution at their own cost and meet their timeline obligations. The entire team were very helpful and diligent to solve the problem. The final installation of the correct countertop was completed in January without any issues.

We were very pleased with the professional service we received from Sarah in the Edinburgh showroom. With her experience and insightful suggestions, she helped us make all the decisions from cabinetry and surfaces to handles and taps. The array of appliances were expertly reviewed and decided on after listening to what we wanted. We are now proud owners of a beautiful Harvey Jones kitchen. Any challenges regarding supplies were overcome with Sarah’s help. There was a hitch with the paint colour and communication breakdown with the painter but this was also sorted out in the end and this is why we have given a 4 star not 5 star review.

We bought our Harvey Jones kitchen five years ago and its still perfect. That's very different to kitchens we've bought from other companies in the past and to those bought from other companies by friends and family in the last five years which now have bits fallen off/broken. So basically though up front cost was a stretch for us, its been well worth it. I recall the service from the Edinburgh team was fantastic.
