I have ordered items a week ago I paid for express shipping the order was for £101.35 and the the order has still not been fulfilled I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I have tried to email Haru but it don’t go through say’s address can’t be found so I am trying this to see if I can get an response?

It was the easiest most streamlined platform I ever used for selling the clothes I haven’t been wearing in a while. Very convenient, I was a bit late because of some travel and they were very understanding, nothing to do with the poor service you get from other places.

This works well as a system for anyone who wants to make a fast and guaranteed sale. You upload your items, get an offer quickly and once the goods are received and verified, the payment is instant. However, expect to get the *absolute minimal* value of the items you sell to Responsible. Of course they want to make money out of reselling them, but in my opinion it is not worth it unless you are in need of money. A brand new Michael Kors handbag worth almost $500 was acquired by Responsible for £63. Shocking isn't it?

I have sent them new Burberry Glasses which cost me £278 - they priced them at £68 and accepted to buy. They confirmed receiving the item and said I’d be paid in 24hours.
That was 7 days ago - I’ve not received my money, while they’re in possession of my item.
I emailed them as they’re not responding to texts.
In reply, Naomi claimed they received the wrong item and that’s after they confirmed the received the glasses.
This is too shady for me and really not worth the time and effort of dealing with amateurs.
So far my items status remains - STOLEN
I will update this review should anything change to my benefit or not.
It’s now day 8 after they received my luxury item, I’ve not received any payment and it’s radio silence on their side.
Disgusting, I feel completely conned.
The final of the story is that my item was stolen or “lost”. I’ve not received neither help or support from the Resposible manager. I am a victim of a theft here and I’ve been spoken to as if I was a fraud.
AVOID!

The guys at Get Responsible provide a great service - and even when things have not gone to plan - the resolved the issue with minimal fuss. I'd really recommend them if you are looking for - our looking to sell on your street wear clothing!

Used them for the first. Was not really expecting anything however the entire experience was wonderful from the customer service to shipping the items.

Rains coat was half price and looks like new. Arrived very quickly. Have not had to use customer service.

Ordered and selected/paid for 24 hour delivery- haven’t received the delivery even though they took the money and no one is responding to my emails- would never use again.

No fuss and no hassle at all. No postage fees. Highly recommend using Responsible 5*. Very quick payment to my PayPal acct

I ordered 2 items from Haru. The first was out of stock apparently and the second has still not been dispatched 2 weeks later despite paying for speedy delivery. When I asked CS - they said they have changed warehouses but cannot give me a time when the items will be dispatched!

As always a fantastic product, like new, for a lot less as well as creating a circular economy. Very happy!

This business does not mess about I sent them my sons outgrown stone island second hand clothing all genuine and good quality. Days later funds were payed into PayPal as agreed will use again 💯.
