I wish i read all the comments before i bought a shed. SCAM site don't buy. If you have, report it to Shopify, Citizens Advice and Report Fraud 0300 123 2040 and get a crime number. Good luck on getting your money back. Phone number is dead. They don't reply to emails.

SCAM THAT SETS UP RECURRING PAYMENTS!!! Ordered a shed on 23rd March, said it would deliver within 6 days. Tried to look and see when it was coming on the 31st, there’s was nothing. So I tried to ring the number, it wasn’t recognised. Came here and saw that everyone is saying scam. So I contacted my bank, they said future recurring payments had been set up, did I want to block those too!! Obviously I said yes. The bank were great and got my payment back within 1 hour. Really can’t thank Barclays enough for all they did. Obviously I realised the shed wasn’t going to be delivered, but I was shocked about the recurring payments they’d set up. Check your bank accounts!!!!!!!!

HARTOOL is a SCAM. Contacted my bank and got refunded very quick. Also pleased to inform all those who have been conned by HARTOOL that after also contacting the police fraud division that the HARTOOL site has been shut down. Hopefully prosecutions to follow. I can also advise anyone who bought from a company trading as ZURALO that this also a SCAM company. The ZURALO site has also been taken down. Hope this review helps anyone who has been SCAMMED.

Ordered storage shed. Did not arrive. Email and telephone numbers not recognised. Paid via Klarna who are investigating

This company is a scam I have not received my order

I didn't even want to give one star, this company Hartool also known TY Creations have scammed me when I ordered a shed, I am paying it through klarna who are now investigating this, ive also informed my bank. Please keep away from these sites. Emails will be ignored after they say your purchase is pending shipment. Phone number is recognised.

This is looking more and more like a SCAM. Ordered a garden storage at £69 - confirmed order - then absolutely nothing. Number on website not in service. Address is a house in Bristol, payment went to VETCO France. Contacted bank and they shared that payment was a recurring payment. Blocked future payments immediately

Their Company Name is - Hartool. Total Scam. Ordered Outdoor Storage Shed for £150. Never received the item. No response from the company. Their phone number is not recognised.

Total scam like all other reviews item never arrived. Impossible to contact the company.
Trying to get a refund through credit card company but holding out much hope.
I actually checked the reviews but only on the companies site which are obviously fake.

Unfortunately I didn't check my fellow Trustpilot reviews regarding this scam site. I've paid £70 for items no doubt I won't get. The company do not exist. It's a 'cash cow' to scam people. No correspondence as email does not exist, nobody to speak to. Swerve them at all costs people but tgey do not exist!!

SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER!!!

I ordered 3 shed at £150 each through Klarna on 15/03/26. Still had nothing delivered. Contacted Klarna after reading reviews and no response from the company via email and phone number is dead. Awaiting a refund from Klarna. Reported to report fraud and citizens advice to try and get this company removed. Shopify and Klarna should not be allowing this company to trade using their services seeing as they are a scam company!

I ordered one of the garden storage boxes for 70 pound and have never received it. Have tried to contact them and phone number dosent ring and they don't answer email addresses. I have to go to bank and they looking into as they think it is a scam . DONOT BUY FROM HERE

Hope people read reviews - only occassion I didn't was when ordering the storage box!!!
Supposed to be delivered with in 2 - 6 days - no delivery - not able to contact company via email or text and email itself dissappeared from my email site fortunatley I took a photo!
HOWEVER CONTACTED MY BANK TO PUT A CHARGE BACK ON - SO PLEASED I DID AS IT WAS A RECURRING CHARGE OF £99!!!

Avoid the company as it's a SCAM. £150 I foolishly paid 😞

Wouldn't even give this company any stars, ordered a garden shed for £150 on 9th march and never recieved it. Tried contacting company which they have been ignoring and also the phone number is invalid. Think its likely a scam

I ordered from here as the shed was 30pounds cheaper than argos. I had a strange feeling that it was a scam, once seeing a different company name appear after they had taken the 69pounds. Reported instantly via online banking with Lloyd's they refunded immediately! Great job from LLOYDS BANK once again. I usually read reviews!! But it was an impulse buy and now I've had my wake up call to never be so silly again. PLEASE BEAWARE SCAMMERS COME IN FORMS OF SHEDS NOW THE TW@T$

Steer clear of this company. Shopify shouldn't be letting them trade. Stolen money from my elderly mum. They sent an email saying she would be refunded after asking them to refund as no item arrived but not had a refund. TAJVL france Aydat is where her payment went. Cursed the scumbags so hope they get what is coming to them. Waiting to do a chargeback.

I ordered 2 x storage containers for £70 each in February. To date I haven't received them and the contact no on the website is invalid. I receoved an email a few weeks ago advising that there is a delay as there is a high demand. This is a scam!!!!!
