My 1st order delivered on time. Pleased overall, fish pies great enjoyed varied order. Only disappointment 2 items missing but refunded after noting. Thankyou. Will order again good value.

The delivery was great but I would like to be able to recycle more of the packaging. Everything was very tasty My husband is a big meat eater and found the pasta dishes a little short on chicken or ham. Prices are good.

Food is delicious, portions are a wee bit small.

I haven’t had any meal yet that’s not been great. So convenient. Ordering is really easy and next day delivery means you’re not over planning.

Meals on the small size for me ,but the meals was great

I have tried other foods of this nature and can honestly say this is the best I have tried and what's more the wife loves them and she's a much more critical customer.

Great service and very helpful staff

I have been ill for quite some time and very off my food. My order arrived today, well packaged all environmentally and cleverly parcelled up. I chose my favourite to eat first, Fish pie, wow, i cant tell you how much i enjoyed this, it's the first time i've eaten a complete meal in months. Good variety of fish in a quality light cheese sauce, topped with smooth mash, Thank you.

Lovely meals one the whole, except Beef Stew with Cheese Cobblers - which was a big letdown, and zero communication when notifying them..!

Well just like most prepared food on these sites the portions are so small the beef and dumplings had 4 small pieces of beef that I could not chew threw that away left 2 tiny pieces of carrot and 2 smallest dumplings floating in lots of gravy...I paid £50 for this order and it's nothing like the pictures shown never again! as usual a rip off had to try cook something else left very hungry and God knows how elderly manage to chew these expensive ready meals that are nothing like they describe

My experience was great because my order was delivered on time, and the packaging was great. I’m looking forward to trying the meals. I haven’t yet, early days but I will give another summary at a later date.
I was very pleased to find this site because I have problems with my diet, thank goodness there are no unnecessary spices in these, hopefully just plain old fashioned grub!

I made a order on the 13th Feb, food hasn't turned up as of yet (15th Feb) at the same time of making the order I ask if someone from the office could phone about about their food packing, as a lot of the meals turn up not sealed, had no call, and when I phoned to see what was going on with my order the person didn't seem to want to hear what I had to say. Now I have to wait another day for my food. Not a great service.
Food great but service is terrible.

Update. I had to reorder my food on Friday 16th to be delivered today Sat 17th Feb, that was because of a delay (which no one could tell me what the delay was) today Sat 17th I get another email saying my food is delayed and there's no one around to speak to about it. Disguising service! Not happy and the company has still not phoned me as I requested.

Got my meals today (20/02/24) only to find 4 out of the 9 meals were not sealed, which I wasn't happy to eat, this is not the 1st time this has happened. the amount of time and energy I've put into trying to get meals is a joke. They don't seem to care about their customer.

Lovely came frozen and very well packed ,and quickly delivered.They were all yummy .Thank you.
