Absolute rubbish clothing purporting to come from UK but god alone knows where they’re based. Finally offered my 20% refund but I’ve watched Watchdog and written back to them demanding full refund and notified watchdog about these charlatans. Don’t buy from them, it’s nothing like the photos on line!

Absolute utter rubbish. Poor quality, cheap clothes that bear no resemblance to the pictures on the website. They give you the impression that the are a British company but the goods obviously come from China and are made under goodness knows what conditions. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Words fail me to be frank.

Should be zero star. Also trade as Harrington and Hale. Clever marketing as the websites lead you to believe they are quality suppliers from the UK. Sizing is not to UK sizes and falls significantly short. Quality doesn’t feature in their fabric as stated by others. They adamantly refuse to accept returns to the UK and will not offer full refunds without return to China, even though the sizes are not as advertised. After initial contact their customer service is outsourced to a platform which just repeats a script!

Wrong style, extremely poor quality, no decent returns policy. This is absolutely the last time I will buy anything on the net unless I have tried and been satisfied in the past. How are these companies allowed to advertise such blatant lies?

The website portrays you are purchasing from a high quality British business, wish I had read the returns before I purchased my cropped trousers, address is China and the quality reflects. So disappointed, paid £30 for an identical item I could have bought on Temu.

.This site sells very poor quality clothing. Nothing like the photo. There is no customer service in the UK. No way of contacting them. Dont waste your money.

How could I fall for this - just because it has a uk email address, I assumed it was a uk company. I feel so stupid but also so angry as their returns policy is ridiculous, - almost as rubbish as the garment which really is rubbish. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Don’t be a fool, like me.

All the goods come from China (you can track the courier from Beijing). The item I ordered was not of great quality. They pretend that they were founded in 1998 -untrue. You can’t return items - they offer a gift card - no thanks - in order to reduce their carbon footprint (do they not see the irony?).

Agree with all the 1 star reviews. They also lie shamelessly. I was made promises about quality and returns before ordering, non of which were fulfilled.

Oh dear! Ordered before I read the reviews. Item has just come and it is horrible. Material looks and feels like the nylon stuff hairdressers capes used to be made of. I feel so stupid!

SOOOOOO wish I'd read these reviews before thinking about ordering! Really fell for the honest looking web page. Have just emailed requesting return as items are too small so will await response, but after having listened to the Youtube review I doubt I'll get a full refund.

Absolute con. Claim to be English company. Clothes are from China no labels, nothing like the pics. Avoid at all costs. Extortionate prices for rubbish quality.

The website leads you to believe that the items come from a shop in the UK. In fact they come from China and take weeks to arrive. On receiving my item I found the material nothing like the picture shown. It was badly made and to return it would apparently cost approx £20 as it has to be returned to China. I would not purchase from this company again!!!

Scam site….everything shipped from china and returns cost at least £20. Clothes delivered don’t match photos on slick looking website. I’ve seen cheap tote bags better made than these items. 😕

Although the image this company portrays is very British giving the impression the goods most likely will not be sourced from another Continent all their their clothing comes from China, take ages to arrive and items have to be returned to China at the customers expense. What they are selling is not what they are advertising. The top I ordered at a price I would have thought would have been reasonable quality wasn't fit to dry the dishes, differed from the online image and was a different shade to that illustrated. I can have a refund if I return the item at my cost to China!!!
