A really great experience dealing with the company, they are very understanding helpful and always at the end of the telephone, my mind was put at ease on the court date, and I won.

Especially Hollie Clark. She was outstanding, from beginning to end, as my case handler. So, if you do get her yourself. Consider yourself in very safe hands.

Outstanding customer service. Exceptional team.

Ali Penman and her team were truly outstanding throughout the entire process of my claim. The team were so supportive, empathetic and inclusive. I received regular updates for reassurance and the communication and sharing of key documents was made super easy. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough, they really are exceptional.

Fantastic company...

My experience with Harris Fowler was beyond pleasant. My personal case handler was supportive understanding and genuine. Helen undertook all tasks professionally but also took the time to get to know me personally and adjusted her approach to suit my emotional availability. She is an assett to the company, I cannot recommend them enough.

Very happy with Harris Fowler, reasonably quick turnaround and everything was dealt with electronically, which made it very convenient and made the whole process quicker. Would definitely recommend and will use again should the occasion arise.

Natalie bayat is the best

I would like to say how massively grateful i am to Natalie for her support and help when she took over my case, before Natalie bayat i had lost hope in Harris Fowler, but Natalie has taken on my case and literally transformed it, not only has she done this but she has been a support to me and has kept me going even when i felt like giving up she took my £5000 claim and turned it into a £30000 victory she deserves to be acknowledged for going above and beyond her call of duty

I really would avoid!

I really would avoid. 4 different case handlers over a 12 month period, countless hours of my time wasted and they advise that they cannot progress my claim due to no prospects of success. Yet initially they advised I had a good prospect of success. Go anywhere else as this company is nothing short of a shambles.

Thank you Deborah!

Our experience was just perfect I could not give you one fault!!

Deborah was absolutely amazing throughout this entire case even with the difficulties of the COVID-19 pandemic. She constantly made us feel that everything was organised and under control, as well as being so supportive when I didn’t understand parts of the process.

There was not one stage throughout this case that I wasn’t informed of each and every step, which made us feel so reassured. She made us feel at ease the entire time all whilst dealing with this difficult case.

I would also like to add how sensitive and caring deborah was as this case dragged up horrible memories and trauma for myself. Her compassion and attentiveness was always at the forefront of her work.

I would recommend anyone to use deborah wagstaff and her team at Harris Fowler. I can’t thank her enough for the outcome of this case.

Successful Claim - Thanks to Sophie Cuthebertson

I contacted Harris Fowler when I had a fall at a petrol station, Sophie Cuthbertson took over my case file and has been amazing, from start to finish she kept me updated and well informed she was so supportive and committed to getting the right outcome for me - which she did, I cant thank Sophie and Harris Fowler enough they were amazing, I would highly recommend them.

brilliant solicitors the best

i had a accident at work which as left me not being able to work
i went to two solicitors who told me i had no claimand that i did not stand a chance of winning i then saw harris fowler gave them a phone call thinking they would say the same no chance after a few years we won the case they kept in touch every way through the case i can not praise them enough they were and are brilliant i would recomemnd them to anybody(good work and thank you_)the accident was 5 years ago so no way i can put the date down
