Case rejected for no valid reason

After speaking with three different people and providing a detailed report of my elderly aunt’s injury—caused by a bus driver accelerating before she was seated—I was told they would confirm with their director if they could proceed. Ultimately, I was turned away without any valid reason. Their excessively played TV advert suggests they handle a wide range of personal injury cases, but this seems misleading. Avoid.

Great service with nothing to lose.

I had a few changes of solicitors over the last three and a half years whilst dealing with my claim. This was a little frustrating at times, but Luke Baldwin being the last one, was very thorough and understanding. He explained things clearly and finalised my claim which I am happy with.
From the start of my claim I was informed of what would happen and kept informed throughout. Anyone who has been injured due to an accident through no fault of there own should contact Harris Fowler and see if you have a claim. Their is nothing to lose.

Harris Fowler solicitors was amazing…

Harris Fowler solicitors was amazing every step of my claim process. My solicitor Ellen was always on hand to help guid me through each step of my accident at work claim. She was very informative and empathetic to what I was going through, she got me the best possible outcome. Awful company all about profit

Awful company all about profit. I made an enquiry on a no win no fee basis and had a call. It took 6 weeks without any contact for an email to come to say they weren’t taking my case on. It was a very poor email and very rude in tone. I am disgusted and I still can’t have any closure from my case.

Louise and the team

Louise and the team have been incredible at handling my case from start to finish. It's been a lengthy process but I was never left in the dark or felt lost at any point.

Just want to say a big thank you

Ally was excellent at keeping me imformed all the way through my claim it took longer but was necessary due to my injury I have a life changing injury but my compensation has made it so I can have my life cercomstances changed for the better so I am very great full for Harris fowler all the way fighting for me. I had a great experience with Harris…

I had a great experience with Harris fowler from the very beginning to the end of my claim. They always gave the relevant information in a clear and understandable way. Poor, Dull, Generic, Robotic and waste of time

A robotic law firm for Personal Injury claim with a robotic response. The trainee solicitor is assigned to take in all the details, filling out his online form, without actually discussing the case or the legal threshold and barriers of concerns. The apprentice then goes to the ‘director’ for the boss to make a decision. Then the apprentice comes back to inform the big boss has made a decision based on the information provided.

A robotic procedure, a robotic response to tell you that it would be difficult to prove negligence without really going into much detail, other than that’s the decision we made, etc, 1 or 2 pointers that don’t make logical sense, and when you try and disect their explanation the apprentice runs out of answers, other than to give you a templated response.

One of those Law firms that just want to cherry pick easy cases to win, and the apprentice tells me they have 30 years of experience but stated he felt ‘uncomfortable’ in explaining why it would be difficult to prove negligence to me?

It would appear that they have trainees that don’t really have any say in the matter other than the director and when it comes to actual discussion, you now see the robot that is under control to tell you what they are instructed. Perhaps these trainees need to grow some balls and stop following orders like a robot and think out of the box instead of following their boss like a dog on a lead.

Poor, dull, robotic and waste of time in all honesty.

I look forward Harris and Fowler submitting a templated response that the case was carefully considered and explained etc etc.

Was it carefully considered? Or do you just want to cherry pick easy cases?

Was it explained to me? Or was it a robot that read a script from his Boss? :)

Was the trainee ‘uncomfortable’ with explaining the decision? Or the truth was he just inflexible in his conversion and ran out of applying common sense, logic based thinking?

I guess we would never know.

Luke Baldwin & Lynn Hallett

The process has been lengthy but due to Luke Baldwin & his Legal Secretary Lynn Hallett, I cannot think of two better people to have worked on my case.

Informative, responsive & Stress free

The entire legal process was well explained, Luke was methodical and patient in answering any questions / concerns; and Lynn, Luke's secretary, was approachable and very informative.
