Ordered a jacket, received the wrong colour, poor quality and terrible fit. I have been promised a refund for the past 2 months but haven't received anything. Don't buy from this company!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a scam site not a closing down sale for a shop in Manchester. They sent clothing that did not match the photos. And refused to return emails for a refund.

One month to arrive, items not as pictured or described, refusing my refund request and they accidentally CC’d me into their email reply of how to scam me further if ‘I become aggressive’. They aren’t based in Manchester. I will be going to be credit card company.

I order items a month ago. Am yet to receive anything. The customer service is spectacularly awful. The order has been with courier for nearly a week. Still nothing. Will never ever buy from this company again

I order 1 month ago. I ask them many times the reason of the latest but never good explanation. Also I ask for the refund and will wait for it . Avoid this site!

This is a scam site. Please be aware you are ordering shoes from China. Mine arrived faulty after waiting 12 days for order - common from other reviews. They do not allow refunds unless you pay to send them back to China yourself, which was pricey. They told me in writing that they are not required to follow UK Consumer Rights Laws around return of faulty goods because they are a China-based company. Beware. Do not order. The 5 star review is clearly a scam too.

AVOID. As others have said they claim to be closing down but I never received shoes I bought in the ‘closing down sale’. They are still operating. Never received a response to my email chasing delivery date. Clearly a scam.

Awful, terrible quality product. Claim to be a long established Manchester company, when in fact they ship in sub standard footwear from China.
Now trying to claim a refund without much success so far

Scam! These shoes from China are of low quality, and when you try to contact them for a return and refund, they disappear!

Cheap, nasty boots purporting to be from a firm in Manchester that is closing down. Don't be fooled!

As per the previous review below this is a scam site - I checked the reviews and was reassured by the (I now realise) fake reviews on TrustPilot. Shoes from China, not UK, and rubbish basically - I binned them immediately. And of course no way of complaining or alerting potential customers on their website. Also no indication anywhere of Chinese origin.

This is a scam website! It says the store is based in Manchester UK, it shows reviews from trust the pilot and says they have a return policy of 1 month to return the item if you're not satisfied with it. It took almost 3 weeks for my item to arrive from CHINA as a fake leather shoes that won't fit me. When I wrote to ask to return it a got an offer as a 'good will' to receive 10% of the item's value. An absolute scam!!!!
