An absolute nightmare putting together your profile. Impossible to put your experience in order. And searching for roles is really temperamental. The worst job search website i have ever used.

Scam, sent me an email saying "my interview has been cancelled" 1 - how did they even get my email? I have not applied for any jobs for about 4 years and certainly not to the place it said it was cancelled. Ask you to log into your "Harri account" I'm sure to take your details.

I am a business owner, used Harri for three years and it is the worst company i have ever work with. DO NOT USE.
Tech support is over seas and they have no clue what they are doing.

As a candidate, this is by far the worst possible platform ever. The user interface system is terrible, slow, glitchy and incredible frustrating.

Awful product, was forced to use it without knowing by a company. Then tried to log in and it would not work, you cannot contact anyone in support without logging in and they have no support to contact, no people. I work in recruitment and this is simply one of the worst AI tools I have seen from a candidate perspective.

Firstly it's nearly impossible to establish what information is invalid/the system doesn't like when you're trying to upload a CV and then when you think you've cracked it and have finally jumped through all hurdles, you have to verify your email address (only to find you can't as it keeps reporting some sort of data script!!)

I received a job offer and completed the formalities via HARRI, the website is completely non-functional, it is useless, I cannot respond to the employer because I can only do it using HARRI, which is not working

an absolutely ai ridden mess of a website. had to use it to schedule an interview and i could barely sign in. when i finally got to create an account the interview schedule page was blank.

How did these people get my email!? I never signed up for harri, have never even heard of it, and for some reason I receive an email from harri on behalf of Frankie and Benny's saying thank you for your interest in this job, but you were unsuccessful on this occasion. I haven't been job hunting or applying for anything for 3 years! So what's going on here? Why are they applying for jobs on my behalf? If they don't want a severe and costly GDPR breach fine and staff imprisonment from the ICO, they'd better back off, delete email addresses they shouldn't have, and fix their systems. Fast.

dont ever use harri, dont ever work for a company that uses them, they are the absloute worst, i even have to email someone to delete my account

Terrible interview process . Would’nt trust this company if you are looking to employ .

Overall, its really easy to apply to jobs and reply to messages. However, when it comes to building your profile, its very slow and glitchy.

Tried to apply for a contract through this site and it's total trash - forces you to create a profile, which reads your CV, gets it wrong, then makes you add all your experience *with precise start and end dates which can't be entered manually, only via datepicker* AND forces you to add references before even speaking to anyone about the job or rate AND forces you to accept marketing texts.

Absolutely awful and immoral, do not enter your data on here if you're a jobseeker.

I got few interviews trough this service/site
and I dicovered by acident, no email no notification, no message - NOTHING.
When I tried to log in, that was very dificult and tricky.
But it doesnt stops there, site its clater and very not user friendly, very hard to navigate.
I evenutally missed interview opprotunity because of it.

I don't know whay companies are using this.

If I could give it less I would. I have been contacting customer service to reset my password for 4 days now and have had little to no help whatsoever.

All I need is them to send a reset password link and they are doing everything but that

tried to create an account, put my email in, set my password, and it just keeps going back to my email address! WTF??? I have done this procedure 3 times now and still cannot get past the logo homepage. Why do people use this clunky pile of crap? perhaps they are just too plain lazy to take 5 minutes to actually interview a candidate. And then it's ' Oh we can't find the staff', or 'nobody wants to work anymore'when in reality it's just plain laziness on the employer's part ?? No wonder the industry is in the state it's in! God help us all

I’ve got a link to Harri to schedule my trial shift: it won’t open neither on my iPhone nor on my friends iPhones . I’ve tried about 20 times
I found the employer website and wrote to them to schedule the trial shift. I don’t know why most of the employers use this website: it’s slow, reloading repeatedly and sometimes unable to open
Nightmare for somebody searching for job

Terrible, too many glitches. So slow. And just not user friendly.

This is the worst application portal I've ever used. It's very unintuitive and is such a turn off for candidates. Any time I see "harri" I immediately discount the job because it's such a hassle to apply.

My work wants us to use it but I definitely don't recommend it! I got logged in at least twice. It logged me out and now can't get logged back in at all! It says my email is wrong which i know is not true!
