Dear everyone reading this review, I have previously left a bad review to which I received a response from Harper Kendall advising me to speak to their customer services and they will sort out the damaged bracelet, I've sent them various emails which I've had no response I've also tried the contact number that they have again it doesn't work. I am now going to trading standards in the hope to get this resolved as spending £200 on a bracelet which broke from the weld, this is not a small amount of money to forget about. Worst experience I've ever had buying anything from a company!!!

This company is terrible
This company is terrible. They sell items that’s not in stock. After couple week of not receiving item we contacted and was told it was being posted that day and will be with us in couple of days. After 3 days we got email saying out of stock and money will be refunded. Terrible service.

Great stud earrings!
I purchased two pairs of stud earrings. I am impressed by the quality and by how nice they look! I would have put 5 stars if the earrings arrived a bit earlier but nevertheless it was worth the wait! I will be buying from Harper Kendall again for sure.

The app to use for tracking delivery was useless and never updated, however the live chat on the website more than made up for it and absolutely excellent customer service. Will definitely buy from here again. Thank you for ensuring the anklet arrived in time to open on the birthday :)

I bought a chain to be told nearly a week later that they don’t have it in stock and would I like something similar I said yes but show me first,I wasn’t shown anything at all and received a chain that was worth at the most half the cost of the original chain I wanted,so I’ve sent it back and now waiting for my refund,I’m not happy at all with this company
