counterfeit Callaway golf products. My father ordered a size L jacket thinking it was from callaway, but received a 4XL directly shipped from China. The Callaway logo is poorly attached and nearly fell off. the inside does not have a callaway label. The jacket does not block wind at all – it is completely fake.

For comparison, the same item is sold on Alibaba for €4, yet it is being resold with a logo for €42, which is clearly fraudulent.

This constitutes misrepresentation and a sale of counterfeit goods.

I ordered the golf vest several weeks ago. I just got it today.
I normally wear a 2x for golf shirts. But outer wear i like a 3x because I like them loose.
So I ordered a 3x .
I opened the package and it said 3x on it.
But as soon as I tried it on.
It became apparent it was way too small
It was a 1 x at best .
It took long enough to get here. Im not sending it back
Ill give it to my Son n Law .
I dont want to wait until the 4th of July for a replacement
Its a shame

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I wish I had read these reviews first. It’s almost a straight scam. I ordered a jacket. Size Medium. I received a jacket XL. I can show you the messages that they did nothing wrong. Basically they said that the sizes run small. So they automatically upsize it. Ergo, order a Medium, they automatically send a XL. Asinine.

A unscrupulous company out of China. Stay clear. Before ordering a "Calloway" (note the incorrect spelling on product logo, wished I had) windbreaker, I checked to see if Harper & Cole were USA company and indications were that they were located out of Boston. Turns out the company name was highjacked. All returns are directed to be sent back to United Kingdom, with buyer incurring shipping cost. For me, cost of shipment ($54) exceed my product for $48. Won't be throwing good money after bad. Terrible, joke of a product. I have filed a fraudulent complaint with my bank.

Terrible company. All knock offs and wrong sizes. Bought XL Calloway vest and I think it might be a Medium. And no return policy. Stay far away from Harper and Cole.

I placed an order on September 8th. It is now November 2nd. Still haven't received it! Don't give this company your money.

I ordered a shirt two months ago, it has still not been delivered. I've asked for my money back and I'm just told "We understand your frustration and are currently reviewing the situation with the courier. We’ll get back to you soon with an update regarding your order"

The only reason I gave them one star is because I can't give them a lower rating.

The color didn't match. The actual jacket looks like a cheap knockoff of what is pictured on the website. After looking online, there are a few other websites circulating the same picture (most likely selling knockoffs too). Kinda my fault. I should be more careful of buying things on IG.

I ordered size 3x which should have been roomy. I would have to weigh 130 lbs to fit in these. The neck tag says they are 5x what a joke!!! took 17 days to arrive.

If I ever receive the product I order, I will review it. This company really is bad. And their customer service sucks. They offer you no path forward other than ‘wait’. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered 3 linen shirts size large and they arrived inside 2 weeks in perfect condition here on Canada's Pacific coast. Good value at C$40/shirt.Tracking them was dead easy. Excellent finish with no broken threads, good buttons and sturdy buttonholes. They were not flimsy linen either. The label said "Trend". Very happy! Way to go H & C.

Purchasd 3 Callaway XL wind breakers, received generic garbage XXXL non Callaway jackets, low line garbage product. Filing ct department of consumer protection and reporting fraud on their behalf. Stay away scammers at their best! Shameful and should be placed on the no buy list and go out of business! Pathetic !

I too was fleeced. Purchased "Callaway" items via a Facebook Ad. When I received shipping notification from China, I knew what was going on... A week later, there is no information on "tracking my shipment. In the end, it's on me as I should've known better. Stay away.

This company is a rip off. They are not Callaway but a Chinese knockoff. Bought a XL vest and it is way too small. Contacted support who says the sizes are not US sizes so run small. Great! So say that. Asked about sending a larger size and they said send back the original one at my expense and then they would have me buy another one. Really? I don't think so. Terrible.

They are dishonest corrupt company. Ordered large Calloway vest and jacket, the best I pull not zip, two inches gap. The jacket would zip, but I could not move. Contacted the company, they said I should have ordered 2XX. Never ordered that size ever. Then to return, it goes to Belgium, Post Office cost was $60. I will never use them again, and give the items away to charity.

Its chineese product and fake eventhough it looks great on there photos. I bought a Callaway jacket, but the quality is much cheaper than it looks in the images. And if you buy a medium the send you a XL and claims its the same in asian sizes. Arms were fitting but it was way to big around the body.
Try to find their adress on their website... not possible..
