A very quick fix to problem - excellent customer support
I had not accessed a course in many months and it had disappeared off "My Courses" list. I emailed the support team, and immediately received an email advising that they had already started to address the problem and that it could take 1-5 hours to resolve.
Within a few minutes the problem was fixed and my course was back in "My Courses" folder. Thank you to Pauline, the Customer Support Manager for very prompt response. I am a very happy customer.
