Same as other folks.due to go to Donegal today..got call last night at 5.30 cancelling trip. Due to "operational issues". They wouldn't give any more information. Should get refund 3-5 days..I doubt it..I plan to contact the Ombudsman for legal advice...

Very dishonest company,do not use. Tomorrow the 15th of March my wife and I were due to go on a coach trip to Ireland with this company. At 5.10 this afternoon we received a call from the operator to state they were sorry but they had to cancel the holiday due to administration issues and we would be fully refunded.( doubt it.) over the past few weeks we had reason to call the company to arrange insurance they informed us they were in the process of changing insurers and to call back in a couple of weeks. My wife duly did and was informed to just go ahead and get our own insurance as they still had not resolved the issues they were having with their insurers.( Lie number 1) Our suspicions of this company was raised at this point. We went onto there website and noticed all other holidays apart from 2 going to Ireland were no longer on the website my wife again phoned them to ask if everything was ok for our tour on the 15th March, we were informed everything is fine as they are updating there website for a new brochure.( Lie number 2.) last Thursday the 9th of March we still had not received our tickets, again my wife phoned company to ask if everything was ok, again she was informed everything was fine ( Lie number 3 ) and the tickets would be sent out first class, they arrived on Saturday the 11th of March, we thought at that stage everything was fine and felt reassured. The bombshell this company dropped 14 hours before you are due to leave is shocking,my wife looks forward to the promise made to her this evening that her money will be returned to her account.( Lie number 4 ? ) Most dishonest company we have ever had to deal with.if they are still afloat, stay well away. Hope ABTA reads this.

Worst company ever dealt with.
Booked to go to Newquay on Monday 6th March and after phoning several times the week before departure to get pick up times ( I was picking my 84 year old aunt in Ayr before getting coach in Paisley).
They told me 5 days running that tickets and times were going out first class in post, they then cancelled tour on Saturday morning.
Assured money would be returned to card right away. Not happened despite phoning several times.
Informed me no one also had problem getting refund but not the case at all. Have found out more folks left awaiting refund.
Left out of pocket and they are saying an investigation taking place with bank and cannot tell me how long this would take. Treating customers like fools.

Booked to take my mum away she has ms and wanted to go down to Newquay was due to leave on Monday the 6 march AL booked the called on Saturday the 4 of march to say they had to cancel and that a full refund would be sent I’ve had no refund there customer service is shocking they also cancelled a six day tour of Ireland that was due to leave on the Monday this was also cancelled with 24 hour notice they have set up a facebook page as know one has been given a full refund they take your money make interest on it while along telling you they have sent the refund I’ve now had to go to tradings stander to get my refund this company should be shut they are taking advantage of people keep clear

I complained to Harmony on 21st October re Irish Dance Extravaganzs Trip. Reply was they would look into it. Sent another email 11th January and still not had a reply. Would not use this company again. I would say this holiday was mis-sold

DO NOT USE BE WARNED…… absolutely awful customer service still waiting for response to absolutely shocking accommodation Approx 5 months ago !
They must have so many complaints to deal with. Says it all. So if you ignore this review and book your trip do not bother to complain.

Not the hotel we were going to, The evening with
Andre Rieu was in the afternoon
Went from Ayr at 7.45 picking up Kilmarnock,Pailey, Glasgow,Hamilton,Uddingston,and as far as Bathgate got to a Dobbies for lunch,another joke.
Only allowed 45min stop , the waiting time for a table was 45min so NO lunch,rushed back on the bus.
Told not to use the toilet and only use in emergency only had to last for 6 days without getting emptied.
Eventually got to ferry,had to rush on again because we had a time for dinner,no time to change.
The average age on the bus was 70+ Years
What a Fiasco one old lady I would say 80 years had an accident??? which the driver can verify.
The new hotel was 40 Minutes from Düsseldorf out in the country,meals were absolutely terrible.
Coming home was worse , we left the ferry at 10.30am
at 4 o’clock we were only at Glasgow Buchanan street
we then told ETA at Ayr would be 7pm as the driver had to make 45 min break
Six of the passengers left the Harmony bus and got the service bus to Ayr and were there for 5.30 pm
I and many on the bus would never travel with Harmony
Holidays again .

What a great New Year we had went to the Carnoustie Hotel the hotel was excellent, the gala dinner, which included a piper which was a nice touch and the band got everyone up on the dance floor straight away the staff in this hotel were brilliant they could not do enough for any of the bus party. Neil the driver was great as well because the weather conditions going the way were really bad because of flooding but he remained professional and we arrived late but safe/

Was at isle of bute with harmony coaches for new year staying in rothesay at glen burn hotel great place when we got to our room it was freezing big room with one radiator the dining room was also cold and whete the entairtainment was cold as well a lot of guests complained but not much done due to the heating system I think the staff were excellent and our coach driver chris was very nice we did enjoy our break apart for the cold will be travelling with harmony again

The hotel staff and the catering were lovely. The only problem was the evening entertainment-Alfie. Awful! 3 nights running and the same old sixpence every evening! Jokes not funny, same old boring music and banter. No entertainment on the 4th evening! No Scottish flavour for the many English and foreign visitors! This should be a 3-night trip only. Carrbridge is too small with very little to do there. Alfie also turned up drunk one evening and was quite tipsy the next evening too!

This tour was a fiasco from start to finish.No information from the tour company, even less information from the coach driver.Day of departure picked up at 8.30am didn’t get to ferry port at Newcastle until 4.30pm. On leaving ferry at Ijmudein, Holland at 10.30am took us to coastal resort to waste time,arrived at hotel at 5pm luggage unloaded into hotel, no rooms for us the driver had taken us to wrong hotel,he blamed the other driver for setting the sat nav wrong,our driver didn’t know how to set it, never mind folks only 20 minutes to correct hotel, 2.5hours later we arrived, no apology,nothing,
The hotel not brilliant either, never got a really hot meal everything lukewarm,and not allowed to use the lounge bar, we were not house guests.
The return journey we arrived back at Newcastle and onto coach, left the port at 10.25am instead of coming up the A1 driver decided to come up through the Scottish Borders, results hit traffic Edinburgh and the M8 after dropping off at Bathgate informed us he would have to take another 45min break,I did ask about feeder coach for the Kilmarnock and Ayr passengers and driver got quite ratty,where the hell was he going to get that, told him to phone office wouldn’t do it,result we left coach at Glasgow at 5pm he still had to go to Hamilton and East Kilbride before Kilmarnock and Ayr
So goodness knows when we would have got home.

Booked for new break in Donegal a week plus to go they changed not just hotel but destination if I wanted to go to Bundourn I would have booked for there very disappointed in this company

Not even been on holiday yet but it has been totally changed with little notice. Booked a holiday specifically to Donegal for Hogmanay as we have been before to the Central Hotel and it's ideal to get out and about. With days to go, Harmony Coaches sent out the luggage labels with a letter informing us we're now in a hotel outside of Bundoran ... 18 miles away from Donegal and all the reasons we booked to go there! Not what we paid for!! According to Harmony this is out of their control!!! Three years we've been planning this holiday but we feel like we've been conned as they were quick enough to take our money but not willing or able to fix THEIR problem. Will not recommend this company at all.

We have just returned from Edinburgh Xmas market and I can’t thank the driver enough he was brilliant so thank you Matthew for safe driving and telling us things

I and my party have returned from a disaster of a turkey tinsel trip to Pitlochry. When we arrived there was no welcome wine and mince pie, in fact we were not even checked in for the turkey tinsel. The following day we were told there had been a”code fault” and all was ok for wine and pies that night and turkey tinsel dinner. That afternoon we were informed no wine or pies would be served as staff were busy, we would receive the following night with our cream tea. The following night we finally got out welcome wine and pie, but no cream tea as this would now be served the following night. We did get the cream tea the day before leaving.
The hotel itself is totally unsuitable for elderly guess as it is to far from town and at the top of a steep hill so for the two day of no entertainment all were stuck in hotel with nothing to do. We tried the local taxi service but they were not available. Worst turkey tinsel trip I have every been on

Just returned from the Bletchley Park, Coventry and Lemington Spa coach trip with Harmony and it was fabulous - our coach driver, Russell was very informative of our journey and had a great sense of humour - the hotel was great however , the food, being a vegetarian, was quite limited in choices

We opted for the free pick up service which made a totally stress free holiday experience. Hotel was Victorian, spacious, clean and with plenty of helpful and courteous staff. Food good. Thoroughly enjoyed the trips in beautiful North Wales and on our 'free' day, we toured our base, historic Chester, on the open top bus and hopped on and off at points of interest. Would certainly book with Harmony again.

I was on Irish Dance Extravaganza from 9th October 2022. The hotel was nice but a 4 hour drive from the ferry. There was no Irish dancing so to me the holiday was mis▪︎sold. Places we visited was either too short or too long. On day we were leaving we didn't get ferry till 4pm. We could have had the earlier ferry if we had a continental breakfast which the hotel was quite happy to do. I didn't arrive in Paisley until 8.30pm so I really felt sorry for the people who had to travel further.

Holiday to Germany was a complete disaster never again with this company, I burnt my arm on heat on back seat no shielding from engines to coach seat hotel was in middle of nowhere ,we were only told of hotel change 3 days before we went away so could not do anything everything had to be done in writing post on strike. Never again only good thing was Russell the driver holiday 11 September to romantic Rhine and rudessheim
