Having bought their tea for a while my wife developed an allergy to the tea we had bought and on medical advise stop drinking it. Unfortunately we had just taken delivery of 6 pouches of tea. Like previous reviews we tried to get a refund by ringing the never answered numbers, we emailed several times and in the end we sent a snail mail letter but again after many weeks nothing, no reply at all. Clearly dishonest traders, I would recommend no one buys from them….unfortunately the only communication that works are those placing orders.

I ordered Du's tea from Harmonitea. Within hours I changed my mind about buying these specific items and contacted the company via the email on their website, requesting to cancel my order. No reply to my email. I tried calling the three telephone numbers on the webpage and heard the tone of disconnected telephone lines. A couple of days later I received an email stating my order was dispatched. I tried again to contact the company by submitting a customer testimonial on their website. I still haven't received a reply. The payment has been taken from my bank account. The website states I will be charged a 'disposal fee' if I return an unopened package. I don't live on the same continent, so a return will be expensive. I want a complete refund from Harmonitea. Order HT102365
